Abstract: A Carved stone belt buckle attached with the belt strap through metallic rod is unique and beautiful concept. The metallic rod Fig2 is inserted in rear middle portion Fig1.1 of stone buckle which is left thick as compare to its sides. The hole Fig1.3 is made through this thick portion to affix the belt strap Fig3.11 from end 1 and end 2 (Fig3.4 & 3.3 respectively) with metallic rod which passes through it. From end 1 metallic rod is inserted in the hole of the stone and attached with belt strap at end 2. Screw Fig3.5 is inserted in the rod which passes through the Belt strap simultaneously at end 2. This screw is tightened with the detachable nut Fig3.9. This nut is inserted in hole Fig3.10 of the belt at end 2. Other end of metallic rod has undetachable nut Fig3.7 which also holds the belt from hole Fig3.8.
CARVED STONE BELT BUCKLE-:
This invention relates to use precious semi-precious or any other stone plate as a Belt Buckle. Not only stone even plate made up of any other material whether it is wooden silver etc. can also be used as buckle in this unique way.
A thought of using such carved stones as a belt buckle can make feel any one unique. This Stone Plate Belt Buckle is a piece of displaying carved engraved painted studded etc. design on stone plate in any form shape and design with a unique way of its attachment with belt strap. Using such belt buckle can give extra royal look to the clothing accessories. But at the same time the most challenging job is the way to attach the stone plate with the belt strap without damaging any portion of the stone plate and its beauty. Additionally the attachment should not be permanent so that buckle could be changed easily according to the wish of user.
These problems are overcome by the present invention which provides safety to the beauty and life of the stone plate buckle. As well as the stone buckle is also changeable. With the help of uniquely designed metallic rod and stone plate buckle the above objective has been achieved. The Rear middle portion of the stone plate buckle is left thick as compare to its sides while front side is left flat for displaying carving engraving painting etc. The hole is made through rear middle thick portion from left to right side to hold the belt strap with the help of metallic rod passing through this hole.
This metallic rod fastens the belt strap and keeps stone plate buckle tightly and firmly gripped. It comprises of 2 round headed nuts fixed at both of its ends. At one end it is undetachable and at other end it is detachable which is tightened on the screw. This screw is inserted in the metallic rod passed through one end of the belt strap and then tightened up by detachable round headed nut. Up to this stage the stone plate buckle has been attached from belt strap with the help of screw detachable round headed nut and metallic rod.
Now to fasten it around the waist the holes in the belt strap are fixed according to the distance between both round headed nuts of metallic rod. Both these nuts are inserted in the holes and fastened accordingly. Additionally using this technique a single Belt strap can be used reversibly i.e. from both of its sides according to the contrast of the color of the stone plate buckle.
Keeping all the things same in the above invention one thing may be changed in another form of invention. The detachable round headed nut may be replaced by an ordinary nut. This ordinary nut will not be used to insert in the hole of belt strap while fastening around the waist. It will be only used to tighten the screw (which will be passed through metallic rod and belt strap). Although the undetachable round headed nut at other end of metallic rod will be used to fasten the belt strap.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments:
Fig 1 shows the rear view of the stone buckle.
Front side (Fig 1.2) of the stone buckle is used to display carving painting engraving etc while the rear middle portion (Fig 1.1) is left thick. The hole (Fig 1.3) is placed through this thick portion from sideways.
Fig 2 shows the detailed view of metallic rod.
It comprises a screw (Fig 2.1) which passes through the hole in the metallic rod a detachable round headed nut (Fig 2.2) which is tightened on the screw an even portion (Fig 2.3) which passes through the hole of the rear middle portion of the stone buckle and an undetachable round headed nut (Fig 2.4).
Fig 3 shows the top view of stone buckle and belt attachment.
Front side (Fig 3.1) of the stone buckle is used to display art and designs while thick rear middle portion (Fig 3.2) is designed to hold the belt strap (Fig 3.11) through the metallic rod (Fig 3.6). The metallic rod is inserted from end 1 (Fig 3.4) and screwed up through the belt strap at end 2( Fig 3.3). At end 1 of metallic rod round headed undetachable nut (Fig 3.7) is present to be inserted into the hole(Fig 3.8) of belt strap according to the adjustments while at end 2 detachable round headed nut (Fig 3.9) has been used for 2 purposes. First one to attach the belt strap from stone buckle through metallic rod and second one is to hold the buckle firmly by inserting it in other hole (Fig 3.10) of the belt strap. A screw (Fig 3.5) passes through the metallic rod and belt strap at end 2 and finally tightened up by the detachable nut (Fig 3.9).
Fig 4 shows the front view of stone buckle and belt attachment.
After attaching the stone buckle from belt strap at end 2 (Fig 4.2) belt strap at end 1 (Fig 4.3) is affixed and adjusted from inside through both nuts (which are inserted in the holes and simultaneously) of metallic rod. The rear portion of stone buckle that comprises metallic rod (Fig 4.1) screw attachment from belt strap (Fig 4.4) and undetachable nut (Fig 4.5) cant be seen from the front view. Front portion of the stone buckle is left for displaying carved painted studded engraved etc designs.
I claim
1) A carved stone belt buckle is left thick from rear middle portion. A hole passes sideways from this portion. The metallic rod which comprises with 2 round headed nuts at each end goes through the hole of the stone buckle at rear portion. One round headed nut of the metallic rod is undetachable while other is detachable with the help of a screw. This screw goes through the one end of the belt strap and then tightened up by the detachable nut. This is the most possible and convenient method to attach the stone buckle from the belt strap through the metallic rod. After this attachment to adjust and fasten the belt strap around the waist both round headed nuts are inserted in the holes of the belt strap simultaneously.
2) Keeping all the things same in the device as claimed in claim 1 one thing may be changed that is the detachable round headed nut may be replaced by an ordinary nut. This ordinary nut will not be used to insert in the hole of belt strap while fastening around the waist. It will be only used to tighten the screw (which will be passed through metallic rod and belt strap). Although the undetachable round headed nut at other end of metallic rod will be used to fasten the belt strap.
3) The carved stone belt buckle of claim 1 and claim 2 wherein the attachment of it from belt strap through metallic rod makes it changeable. Different buckles can be used with the same belt.
4) The carved stone belt buckle of claim 1 and claim 2 wherein the attachment of belt strap from the stone buckle through metallic rod provides the convenience of using reversible belt strap. A belt strap which can be used from both the sides can be attached easily.
5) The carved stone belt buckle of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the distance between holes punched in the belt strap is equal to the distance between both round headed nuts of the metallic rod.
6) The carved stone belt buckle of claim 1 and claim 2 wherein the front side of the stone buckle is left for displaying carved engraved painted studded or any other design and art.
7) The carved stone belt buckle of any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the metallic rod is made of metal.
8) The carved stone belt buckle of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the buckle is made from stone.
9) A carved stone belt buckle device substantially as herein described and illustrated in the figures of the accompanying drawings.
