Cathode Containing Sulfur Carbon Composites And Lithium Ion Secondary Battery Comprising Same
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cathode for a lithium-sulfur battery, the cathode containing two kinds of sulfur-carbon composites as cathode active materials. The cathode according to the present invention employs two kinds of carbon materials different from each other in terms of specific surface area and pore volume, and a secondary battery employing the cathode has a reduction in initial irreversible capacity and an improvement in output characteristics and lifespan characteristics.
