An online game is a game that is primarily played with the help of internet facility. The online games are ubiquitous on modern gaming platforms, including PCs, consoles and mobile devices, and also span various genres. There are several games which are available in market which allows the users to pay first and then earn money, in which many are illegal, which can include cricket betting, card games etc.,
With the increasing demand for such games, they are several games which have made their place in the market, through which the players can earn money, by playing the game. The online-based games have been increasingly developing at a faster pace, but the demand in the market is not been met.
There are a few mathematics based games having jackpot feature which are patented, which are listed below.
US patent application 10176674B2 by Milestone Entertainment LLC discloses systems for enhanced interactive game play in lotteries, comprising of a display for presenting a grid of identifying objects, an input for receiving a player selection of an identifying object, a random generator for randomly selecting a winning identifying object, and a point tally system for awarding points to the player according to the rules comprising a first point value if the player selected identifying object exactly matches the winning identifying object, a second point value if the player selected identifying object is in a geometric relationship with the winning identifying object, and a third, negative, point value if the player is not awarded the first point value or the second point value.
US patent application 20090227320A1 by Scott Melvin McBride discloses method for lottery corporations to run online gaming, which allows lottery corporations the ability to easily allow players to participate in online games played over the Internet, TV, or mobile phone by allowing players the ability to purchase entry into online games, such as a Texas Holdem poker tournament, from any Point Of Sale (POS), or Lottery Terminal, say found in a convenience store likely in the form of a printed or pre-printed ticket with some activation coding identifying each ticket as unique. Participants would access locations where games are held, say the Internet, enter a game of their choice using the unique activation code on their ticket, participate in said game and possibly win money or prizes through participation. Players may then take their tickets back to a retailer, any POS or Lottery Terminal and have their ticket Validated and could then collect winnings in the form of cash or other prizes, depending on the game offered.

The player would have to select a range in which the right answer would fall into, and if the answer falls in the range, the player wins.
FIG 2 also discloses the parameters of other games which are simultaneously going where the entry fees is ?7, where total 2 tickets are sold and the maximum number of winners is set as win, therefore the winner gets a winning amount of ?12.60. Similarly in game no 3, the entry fees is ?9 and total 2 tickets are sold, and the maximum number of winners is set as 1, therefore the winner gets a winning amount of ?16.20. Each game has s separate grid of boxes with different numbers which the player has to choose to answer, by paying the entry fee to the game.
Another embodiment of the present invention discloses the two formats of game which includes fixed slot and flexi bar. Once the game starts at the scheduled time, the players are expected to add the value in the blue boxes, subtract the values in the red boxes and ignore the values in green boxes. After making the calculations, the player would have to choose an answer from given options.

Similarly, in the games having the answers to be provided in a flexible bar, the players would have to provide the answer by placing a bar anywhere in the flexible range. The player who gives the right answer in less time would be declared winner, and wins the winning amount.
Another embodiment of the present invention discloses a feature in the CBIT original game which is the J ticket or Jackpot ticket. J ticket is a way through which the players will never lose their money technically in the CBIT original gaming application.
According to the present invention, the J ticket feature is available to all the players involved in a gaming session. Whenever a player joins a paid contest, they either win or lose the game. If the player wins the game, then they will earn real monetary prize, and if the player loses the game then, they earn virtual currency called “Credentia currency or CC”.
The exemplary embodiment of the present invention discloses the process of gaining a J ticket by a player. The game can have entry fees of ?1, ?5, ?11, ?25, ?55, ?111, ?250, ?555, ?777, ?999, ?2500, and ?4000 and so forth. If the player joins a contest of ?1 and loses the contest, then the player will receive “CC 1”, i.e. 1 Credentia currency. Similarly, if the player joins a contest of ?5 and loses the contest, then the player will receive “CC5” i.e. 5 Credentia Currency. In the same manner, if the player loses ?11 contest, then they will receive a coin of ‘CC11’, and accordingly if the player lose a contest of entry fee ?555, then they will receive a Credentia currency note of CC555 and so on.
According to the present invention, the players can use their Credentia Currency “CC” to redeem their J ticket. Many J tickets can be won by a player while playing a game. In every game a fixed set of contests are launched, for instance ?1 contest, ?5 contest, ?11 contest, and so forth. The total numbers of J ticket vouchers which are produced in a game are exactly equal to the number of contests held in a said game like J1, J5, and J11 and so on. In case a player plays a ?600 contest, then there will be J 600 voucher.
A player can redeem the J ticket, but the price to redeem J ticket fluctuates Live which can be seen during the game. The information of cash reward on a particular J ticket is displayed well before any player redeems J ticket. When a player redeems a J ticket, they can win cash rewards which can be in INR. The cash rewards on J tickets are subject to a waiting period. The waiting number will be updated Live under waiting room and can also be viewed under ‘My J tickets’.
There are several terms, conditions and criterion of J ticket: -
a. In order to apply for a J ticket, the player would need a minimum of two referrals.
b. A player can apply for a maximum 6 J tickets in each J Voucher per day.
c. A player can redeem a J ticket only when earning meter is less than entry fee meter.
d. A player can apply for a J ticket based on their average play per day (APD). For example: if a player has the APD is ?26, then the player can only apply until J25. The player would not be able to apply for any ticket whose denomination is above 26 as the APD is less than the voucher denomination.
The APD or average play per day can be calculated as follows. In case a player signs up on Day 1, then on the same date in every succeeding month, the player’s APD meter will be reset to ?0. If the player plays a contest of ?100 on Day 1, then the players APD on Day 1 will be ?100, and in case next day the player doesn’t play at all, then on Day 2 the player’s APD will be ?50. In case the player plays a contest by spending more ?200 on Day 3, then the APD of the player on Day 3 will be ?100 and so forth.
The virtual currency is added to the player’s wallet during the game and this currency can be redeemed by the players. For Example: if a player loses 10 games having an entry fee of ?555, then the player will receive 10 notes of “CC555” i.e. Credentia currency, which will be worth 5550 CC. The earned virtual currencies i.e. the Credentia currency can be used to redeem J ticket i.e. Jackpot ticket.
Based on the entry fees of the game, there’s a market of various J tickets, where, a player can redeem “J555” ticket only with Credentia currency notes of “CC555”, and similarly, a player can redeem J5 ticket only by redeeming CC5 Credentia virtual currency.
According to the present invention, the prices of J tickets vary on live basis, and are updated live while the game is on. For example: the cost of J5 ticket might fluctuate between CC25 to CC100 and the cost of J 555 ticket may vary between CC250 to CC10, 000. The players can redeem the Jackpot ticket or J ticket based on the live current value of J ticket against Credentia currency, at that point of time.
According to the present invention, the process of using the Jackpot ticket involves redeeming a J ticket or Jackpot ticket i.e. J5 or J11 or J555 or so forth, by a player, after which they have to press “apply now” button located at the bottom, after which the application enables the player to redeem J ticket, whose name goes under the name of the players who are waiting below whoever applied for the same before you.
The system declares the name of J ticket holder amongst all the players well in advance. For example: at times, there will be 1J ticket holder between 100 participants/tickets, and at times it might even announce 1J ticket holder per 1000 tickets/participants.
According to the present invention, the Jackpot ticket is the most unique feature in the CBIT application, and people will never lose their money technically while playing CBIT Original. The players will always have a chance to redeem the J ticket and then the player can claim the J ticket. J ticket is subject to waiting period, and the price of J tickets will always vary and fluctuate. J ticket can be redeemed only with Credentia currency.
The players can add money into the wallet of the software application through various modes of online transactions including internet banking, debit card, credit card, wallets and so forth. The players can also withdraw the amount which they have won through the game directly into their bank account. The wallet of the software application has two features including unutilized account and withdrawable balance. The amount deposited by the player will be reflected in unutilized account and the amount won in game/contest will be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Also, the commission received by the player will be transferred to withdrawable balance. The user can also transfer their money i.e. digital money to other player’s wallet. The wallet also shows the transaction history which is transparent in nature so that every transaction that is made is recorded.
According to the present invention, the player can purchase the tickets to any number of games through the wallet in which they can add money. The number of tickets purchased for a particular contest is updated online on real time basis until the entry is closed, as there are no fixed number of tickets set for the games in the contest. As the tickets purchased for the contest goes on increasing, the maximum number of winners and winning amount also gets updated in real time, as the number of tickets increase by time before the registration for the contest closes. Based on the percentage which is set for the maximum number of winners with respect to the total number of tickets purchased for a game, the winning amount is calculated and is equally distributed among all the winners.
According to the present invention, the concept behind the Jackpot ticket is to provide the citizens of the country a platform which can provide monetary benefits to the citizens when they need it. The system will declare the presence of J ticket holder amongst all the players in advance.
The game which is described in the present invention is based on skills of an individual. The skills are purely related to mathematical calculations. As everyone will be well versed with basic addition and subtraction skills, it provides a huge scope to players to enter a contest where each and every player has an equal potential to attempt to win the contest using their skills.
There are several advantages of the present invention.
There are no application based gaming opportunities available for people, which they can use as a source of income, where their winning is totally based on their own mathematical skills.
Another advantage of the present invention is that, the Jackpot ticket enables the player to win the lost amount.
The present invention can be better understood with the help of examples.
Example 1:
In a Live game, if there is 1 J ticket holder per 100 tickets and the entry fee is ?999, and there are a total of 100 tickets. Then the winning amount would be ?89,910.00, out of which the players who entered the contest with entry fee will receive ?80,000 as winnings and the J ticket holder will receive ?9,910. In a situation where a player has lost 4 games of ?999 entry fee, i.e. a total of ?3996 is lost and on losing ?3996, the player will receive CC3996 through which the player will redeem J999 ticket at the rate of CC3996. And when the player’s J ticket is claimed, they will receive ?9910, as Jackpot amount. Therefore, the player lost ?3996 in total by playing 4 games, and earns ?9910 if he wins a jackpot.
Example 2:
If for the J999 ticket, “X” is at 7th number of waiting and “Y” is at 80th number of waiting, then “X” can offer “Y” to exchange their J ticket by offering a certain % of the J ticket winning. In case “X” is supposed to receive ?9000 if the Jackpot hits, then “Y” who is at 80th place can offer “X” who is at 7th place, with 5% or 10% or so on of the Jackpot amount i.e. ?9000, for exchanging the J ticket.
It should be kept in mind that the following described embodiment(s) is only presented by way of example and should not be construed as limiting the inventive concept to any particular physical configuration.
The present invention is not limited to only red, blue, or green colors which are mentioned in the description, and also the number of colored boxes in a said game. Also the present invention is not limited to the entry fee of the contests which is disclosed. Based on the same concept, the game can be built any number of contests having any amount of entry fee. Those who are familiar in the art will understand that a number of variations may be made in the disclosed embodiments, all without departing from the scope of the invention, which is defined solely by the appended claims.
