Abstract: The process of redemption of the jackpot ticket and the process of application is disclosed, comprising of auto pilot mode. The said auto pilot mode specifically enabled from the administrator’s panel which is for the select users only. The auto pilot mode includes redeem engine and apply engine where in redeem engine, only one Jackpot ticket (JT) will be redeemed for the user, starting from the lowest value JT to the highest value JT, as per the Average play per day (APD) of the said user; and in apply engine, once the JT is redeemed by a player, it will be applied directly and for this process, the per day quota will be refreshed on regular intervals. The other embodiments include redeem quantity pop up feature, CC generation logic, Private room J hits and offer and approach.
Claims:We Claim:
1. The process of Jackpot ticket redemption and application in the CBIT original application comprising of Autopilot mode, wherein, the said autopilot mode offers plurality of features through which the jackpot tickets can be redeemed on daily basis.
2. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the autopilot mode can be enabled from the admin panel which id for selected users only.
3. The process as claimed in claim 2 wherein, the said autopilot mode enables to redeem and apply the jackpot tickets for a player.
4. The process as claimed in claim 2 wherein, when the autopilot mode is enabled for a player, only one Jackpot Ticket will be redeemed starting from the lowest value of the jackpot ticket to highest value jackpot ticket, as per the average play per day of that said player.
5. The process as claimed in claim 2 wherein, the jackpot ticket redemption is followed by the direct application of the jackpot ticket, for which the per day quota of the said player will be refreshed for every hour, and after every hour of refreshing, 6 jackpot tickets of a particular value will be applied for the said player.
6. The process as claimed in 1 wherein, the user has joined multiple contests in a particular game and has won more than one contests, and the winning amount is greater than the actual value of joined game, no CC will be generated or credited to the user. In case the winning amount is less than the value of joined game, then the difference will be the amount of CC generated or credited to the user.
7. The process as generation of credentia currency (CC) for a user, comprising: generation of the said CC for a said user if the said user has joined multiple contests in a particular game and has won more than one contests, wherein the winning amount is greater than the actual value of joined game, then no CC will be generated for the said user.
8. The process as claimed in claim 8 wherein, the generation of CC for a said user where the winning amount is less than the value of joined game, where the difference of amount between the winning amount and total value of the joined game will be the amount of CC generated to the said user.
9. The process as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said user can approach other users to switch their position in queue, by offering x% with mutual understanding.
10. The process as claimed in claim 9 wherein, the percentage of mutual understanding can be set by the user to deal and accept, where the said percentage is which is not prefixed and the said user can feed their preferred percentage amount while dealing.
, Description:Technical Field of the invention:
The present invention generally relates to gaming, and more particularly to the online skill based games with jackpot ticket, compatible with all types of electronic devices, which also helps the players to earn money.
Background of the invention:
An online game is a game that is primarily played with the help of internet facility. The online games are ubiquitous on modern gaming platforms, including PCs, consoles and mobile devices, and also span various genres. There are several games which are available in market which allows the users to pay first and then earn money, in which many are illegal, which can include cricket betting, card games etc.,
With the increasing demand for such games, they are several games which have made their place in the market, through which the players can earn money, by playing the game. The online-based games have been increasingly developing at a faster pace, but the demand in the market is not been met.
There are a few mathematics based games having jackpot feature which are patented, which are listed below.
US patent application 8444468B2 by SG Gaming Inc. discloses Voucher gaming system and related methods comprising a gaming device and a voucher mechanism in communication with the gaming device. The voucher mechanism is configured to present various types of vouchers to the player depending on a game outcome. The types of vouchers include, without limitation, a jackpot voucher, a merchandise voucher, a free play voucher, a mystery voucher, a competition entry voucher, and a restricted machine play voucher. The player terminal sends a redemption message, which is a message conveying the redemption voucher value, to gaming system. Player terminal waits for a response from gaming system, as the gaming system executes redemption process discussed below. If the response is not received after a predetermined amount of attempts to detect a response, player terminal goes into a timeout or disabled mode. Player terminal then rejects the voucher. If player terminal receives a timely response, it may detect for an error signal. If player terminal does not detect any error signal, player terminal stacks the voucher.
US patent application 8636587B2 by International Game Technology discloses method and apparatus for awarding a mystery promotional ticket having a plurality of gaming devices coupled thereto. The award system includes a bonus server coupled to the network and having stored thereon a trigger condition. A game play tracker tracks game play across the network of gaming devices and detects an occurrence of the trigger condition. The bonus server sends out a selection signal over the network to a selected gaming machine responsive to the detected trigger condition. A printer associated with the selected gaming machine is structured to generate a mystery ticket printed output responsive to receipt of said selection signal including machine-readable indicia corresponding to a record of value stored at the bonus server, and human readable indicia that indicates only a range of possible values of the ticket but not a specific value. The printed ticket is a cashless instrument that may be redeemed or played per the nature and characteristics of the award given with the specific value awarded to the player.
Though the prior art patents discloses various games involving jackpot ticket or promotional ticket redemption, but the process involved is complex.
Therefore, there is a need for a system which provides a method involving various processes of redemption of J ticket and application of the same.
Objects of the invention:
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a method for redemption of J ticket.
Summary of the invention:
The present invention discloses the process of redemption of the jackpot ticket. The following feature enables the users to redeem the jackpot ticket and also to apply for the jackpot ticket.
The present invention discloses auto pilot mode specifically enabled from the administrator’s panel which is for the select users only.
1. Auto Pilot Mode: This feature can be enabled from admin panel for select users only.
a. Redeem Engine: When the auto pilot mode is enabled, only one Jackpot ticket (JT) will be redeemed for the user, starting from the lowest value JT to the highest value JT, as per the Average play per day (APD) of the said user.
b. Apply Engine- As soon as the JT is redeemed by a player, it will be applied directly and for this process, the per day quota will be refreshed every 2 hours. According to this, for every 2 hours, 6 JT of a particular value will be applied, i.e. 6xJ(X) every two hours.
Detailed description of the invention
The present invention discloses an online gaming software application- CBIT original having the Jackpot ticket feature. The components of the system include an electronic device with an active internet connection and a gaming software application, where the gaming software application is installed in the electronic device with the help of the internet connection. The player would have to register themselves by providing their basic information and contact information. Once the contact information is verified by the system through a One Time Password, the player can enter the contests to play any number of games which are scheduled.
The preferred embodiment of the present invention discloses the redemption and application of the J ticket or Jackpot ticket. J ticket is a way through which the players will never lose their money technically in the CBIT original gaming application. The J ticket feature is available to all the players involved in a gaming session. Whenever a player joins a paid contest, they either win or lose the game. If the player wins the game, then they will earn real monetary prize, and if the player loses the game then, they earn virtual currency called “Credentia currency or CC”. The virtual currency is added to the player’s wallet during the game and this currency can be redeemed by the players. The earned virtual currencies i.e. the Credentia currency can be used to redeem J ticket.
The present invention discloses the process of redemption of the jackpot ticket. The following feature enables the users to redeem the jackpot ticket and also to apply for the jackpot ticket.
The present invention discloses an Auto pilot mode, which is specifically enabled from the administrator’s panel which is for the select users only.
1. Auto Pilot Mode: This feature can be enabled from admin panel for select users only.
a. Redeem Engine: When the auto pilot mode is enabled, only one Jackpot ticket (JT) will be redeemed for the user, starting from the lowest value JT to the highest value JT, but only as per the Average play per day (APD) of the said user.
In the Auto pilot mode, the process of Jackpot ticket redemption is given below.
Suppose a player “X” has the APD of Y and CC of Z, then 1 JT each of less than or equal to value Y will be redeemed. After redemption, Total balance left will be in CC. Once the player starts playing the game, and the player’s average play per day reaches A and CC of B, then 1 JT each of less than or equal to value A will be redeemed. After redemption of the jackpot tickets, the balance credentia credits or CC will be accumulated, and will repeat the cycle to redeem the J Tickets as per the APD.
b. Apply Engine- This process starts once the Jackpot tickets are redeemed for a player. The company will decide the number of J Tickets to be applied and in how many hours to be applied. As soon as the JT is redeemed by a player, it will be applied directly and for this process, the per day quota will be refreshed every hour. According to this, for every hour, 6 JT of a particular value will be applied, i.e. 6xJ(X) every hour.
This feature is accessible at the J Magic menu; Automation (Below Waiting Room) which opens a new page containing- Auto Pilot Mode. The per day quota application for the Jackpot tickets can be changed by the company at any given time. After redemption of the jackpot tickets, the balance credentia credits or CC will be accumulated and will continue this redeem cycle. If the APD increases, it will redeem the next J Ticket in line, value equal to or less than the APD.
An additional embodiment of the present invention discloses ‘Redeem Quantity Pop Up’ feature. According to this embodiment, the users can redeem J Tickets manually by clicking on the redeem button available for each J Tickets. When the redeem button is clicked, a menu will pop-up, displaying available CC, current value of the J Ticket to be redeemed and number of J Tickets that can be redeemed from the available CC, and here in this pop-up menu. The users can input the number of J Tickets they wish to redeem.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention discloses the ‘CC Generation Logic’. According to this embodiment, if a user has joined multiple contests in a particular game and has won more than one contests, and the winning amount is greater than the actual value of joined game, no CC will be generated or credited to the user. In case the winning amount is less than the value of joined game, then the difference will be the amount of CC generated or credited to the user.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention discloses ‘Private Rooms J Hits’ in which the private rooms is a place where users can create rooms for games and send request to their selected users to join, no outsider can join this room. In this embodiment, the collection of J Ticket from each game will be strictly used only for hitting the J Tickets of users playing in that particular private room.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention discloses ‘Offer and Approach’. This is for the J Ticket waiting area, where the users can approach other users to switch their position in queue, by offering x% with mutual understanding.
The present invention is not limited to the above concept only. Those who are familiar in the art will understand that a number of variations may be made in the disclosed embodiments, all without departing from the scope of the invention, which is defined solely by the appended claims.
Examples of how the Jackpot ticket redemption and application includes:
Example 1: Auto pilot mode:
Suppose a player “X” has the APD of 30 and CC of 10, then 1 JT each of less than or equal to value 30 will be redeemed.
In this case, following JT will be redeemed-
1 x J5: (J5 worth .91cc)
1 x J11: (J11 worth 1.91cc)
1 x J25 (J25 worth 3cc)
After redemption, Total balance left is CC= 4.18
If the player “X” plays a few games, and APD is 100 and CC= 15, then
1 JT each of less than or equal to value 100 will be redeemed.
In this case, 1 J55 will be redeemed and since there is no lower or equal to value J Ticket than the current value APD, it will start redeeming from the lowest value J Ticket and repeat the cycle if CC is available.
Example 2: CC Generation Logic
Suppose in the 8pm game, a user ‘A’ joins contest of ? 5 and ? 11, here the total value of joined game is ? 16. After completion of this game, if the said user ‘A’ wins ? 22 in ? 11 contest, but lose in ? 5 contest, i.e., in total he won ? 22 in the 8pm game. So the winning amount would be ? 22 which is greater than the value of joined game i.e. ? 16, since he is in profit no CC will be generated or credited for the loss of ? 5 contest.
Example 3: CC Generation Logic
Suppose in the 8pm game, a user ‘A’ joins contest of ? 5 and ? 11, here the total value of joined game is ? 16. In case the user ‘A’ wins in ? 5 contest and has lost in ? 11 contest, the total amount won by the user ‘A’ is ? 11 in the 8pm game; the total winning amount is ? 11 which is less than the value of joined game which is ? 16 which makes the user ‘A’ in a loss. Since the user ‘A’ is in loss, the difference of value of joined game and winning amount is (?16 - ?11 = 5) i.e. 5CC will be generated or credited to the user ‘A’.
Example 4: ‘Private Rooms J Hits’
Suppose the users ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ are playing in private room, where B and C lost the game, so the J Tickets of B and C are in the waiting room, suppose at position 201 and 320 respectively. The users who have joined and are playing in the private rooms, their existing J Tickets which they already have even before playing in private rooms, those J Tickets, regardless of their position in the waiting room, for example: 201 and 320 in the case, will get hit from this game, if they are playing in the private rooms.
Example 5: ‘Offer and Approach’
Suppose the user ‘A’ is at 500th position and B is at 5th position, the user ‘A’ can approach user ‘B’ to offer x% to exchange the position. In this case the user ‘B’ can negotiate the x% and if both the users agree, then the position gets exchanged. So, if ?10,000 had to be granted on that particular J ticket and if the deal is closed at 20%, the ?8000 would go to user ‘A’ and ?2000 would go to user ‘B’.
