Cell Phone Signal Scanner And Jammer

Abstract: Often in today’s world we are faced with the problems of piracy, loss of privacy, unfair means during examinations, cheating and a lot other such problems. And most of the times it occurs due to lack of proper and efficient security as there are no such proper equipment which the people can avail to keep such actions and the miscreants in check. The following patent talks about the circuit we have created that allows a user to detect cell phones and other such electronic devices by picking up the RF signals given out by those devices. Not just that, the circuit also provides the additional feature of jamming such signal exchange at will (by means of a switch) if detected in prohibited and illegal areas, thus, minimising the above said problems and many more. Compact, efficient and easily portable, this detector cum jammer circuit will be a perfect counter to the many arising problems related to cheating and other such unbecoming activities.

Specification

Description:FIG 1.1 shows 5 LEDs each part of a separate circuit. Each of the five circuits are capable of detecting RF signals to varying levels. Each separate circuit makes use of different capacitors (for storing charge and for picking up the RF signals), transistors/OP-AMPs to amplify the received signal and the LEDs to alert us to the presence of such signals in the vicinity. The buzzer is a common one for all the five circuits that immediately starts ringing as soon as any RF signals are picked up within the range of the device. If such signals are detected in prohibited and illegal areas where cell phones and other such electronic devices are not allowed, the user can block off any signal exchange by switching on the jammer switch, whose key purpose is to block off any such illegal exchange. The user just has to turn the switch ON in order to activate the jammer circuit as and when required.
FIG 1.2 shows the back view of the circuit cum jammer device. The presence of a battery compartment in addition to a charging port just makes the device even more efficient as it does not solely depend upon the use of batteries. The antenna is the key component here as it picks up the RF signals detected within the particular device range, thereby, activating the LEDs and the buzzer which in turn alert the user as to the presence of any such signals in the near vicinity.
The entire device is extremely compact, aesthetic, cheap and easily portable as somewhat depicted by the accompanying drawing, thus, defeating a lot of the problems faced by the common man (like price, transportation, etc.). , Claims:We Claim
1) Integrated jammer with the signal detector.
2) LED light intensity variation to detect the extent of radiation from the devices.
3) Very lightweight and can be easily carried from place to place, thus portable.
4) Small radius of influence gives it an edge on other devices, giving its accurate usage in smaller portions of the room.
5) It will be considerably lower in price than the rest of the existing devices making it pocket friendly.
