BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a central device that is
connected to a terminal device provided in a plurality of plants, an
information processing system, an information processing method and
a program.
2. Description of the Related Art
Conventionally, there are known systems capable of visually
obtaining a plurality of pieces of information on a textile machine, i
including operating states, operation setting, and productivity (refer
to, e.g., Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publications No.
2002-87703 and No. 2004-183139)
However, such conventional systems function to monitor a textile
machine under control of a computer connected to the textile machine,
and therefore it is difficult to properly obtain information on a large
number of textile machines provided in different places (plants).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide an approach that
can store a plurality of pieces of operation information on a plurality
of textile machines provided in a plurality of plants, and also that
can generate report information including the plurality of pieces of
operation information and abnormality information of textile machines
of each plant.
This object is achieved by a central device according to claim
1, an information processing system according to claim 15, an
information processing method according to claim 16, and a program
according to claim 17.

^P 1. A central device connected to at least one terminal device
provided in each a plurality of plants via a communication network
comprising:
a receiving section adapted to receive plant identification
information to identify a plant, machine identification information
to identify each textile machine of a plurality of textile machines
connected to the terminal device, unit identification information to
identify each unit of a plurality of units of the textile machine, and
a plurality of pieces of operation information on operating states of
the textile machines and the units,
a storing processing section adapted to store the plurality of
pieces of operation information received by the receiving section in
a storing section in association with the plant identification
information, the machine identification information, and the unit
identification information,
an abnormality determining section adapted to determine that the
operation information is abnormal when the operation information stored
in the storing section exceeds a threshold, and
a generating section adapted to generate report information per
plant identification information, including operation information of
each of the textile machines and the units and abnormality information
to identify the abnormal operation information determined by the
abnormality determining section.
2. The central device according to claim 1 further comprising
a calculating section adapted to calculate an evaluation value per
textile machine of each plant based on the plurality of pieces of
operation information stored in the storing section,
wherein the generating section is adopted to generate report
information including the evaluation value calculated by the
calculating section.
