Abstract: This Battery system while increase the Electric vehicle life and Mileage and it increase the Battery life and life cycle. And this system content Two Battery and one alternator (Specification of alternator and Battery will differ as per requirement).This circuit works with three switching Units one switch control the motor controller and another two are connected with Battery’s for selection. When the Vehicle running motor controller connected with one Battery and same time another Battery get Charge from Alternator and this battery Switch’s are interlocked with each other like at the same time we can’t charge and Discharge the Battery (This Connection shows the Fig) . And Alternator connected with Motor. And alternator Power pass through the Isolation Transformer and Isolated Power converted with Rectifier Unit then it goes to charging unit. And charging condition controlled by Battery selection switches.
Claims:1: this method of Simple and Effective Method of Electric Vehicle Battery Charging:
(a) In this Method we don’t want charge our vehicle every day.
(b) And this Charging system has two Batteries and those batteries connected with Charging unit and Motor Controller. While Vehicle running only one battery connected to the controller and another Battery connected to the Charging Unit.
(c) And every time Running Battery charges ending time we can change the Battery Manually (or we can change battery automatically with Help of logic controllers). And those battery switching are interlocked with each other so at the same time one battery can take charging are discharging (fig; 2).
(d) When we make External Charging we need to Switching battery selection manually for charging.{Ex; Once two Battery get full charge and single battery can run min 120km and Battery full charging time min 2.5Hr in Fast charging. First 120km we don’t want to charge a Battery because two are full and after 120km If Vehicle runs 40km/hr then it will take 3hr to reach 120Km if we less some time for speed Variation are stops are some other disturbance we less 1hr so the that discharged Battery Have 2Hr to make charge it will get min 80% Charging In this way Vehicle will reach Min 500Km to full discharge Two Batteries}.
(e) In this Method we don’t want charge vehicle day by day. We can take Long Rides without any Worry’s about Charging.

[FIG: 002] in this Fig shows the How the Alternator power transferred to the Batteries in this method we transfer AC supply to the Isolation Transformer then output of transformer connected to Rectifier unit after Rectifier unit power transfer to the selected Battery.
