PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION The following specification describes the invention.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention generally relates to the long member and more particularly to the chassis plate assembly for vehicle using clamps for clamping the chassis plate on the long member.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In case of tractors and trailers, the operator or the driver should climb over the chassis for engaging the trailers with the tractors, at the time of engaging it's difficult to stand on the chassis and manage. Generally chequered plate acts as a platform over the chassis frame which is helpful while working on the chassis for repairs or maintenance. The prior art chequered plate assembly is having more number of parts since this kind of arrangement is using the hat sections to reduce deflection of the said chequered plates thereby providing strength to the chequered plates, so the overall weight of the assembly is more or very high.
While servicing, repairs or maintenance of the part under the chequered plate it's difficult to remove or dismantle total assembly of chequered plate. For mounting the chequered plate assembly on the frame or long member, it's necessary to provide holes on the flanges of long member which weaken the frame or long member which leads to failure of the frame or long member.
The prior art chequered plates manufactured of steel and coated with anti -corrosion layers in order to prevent corrosion which adds more process and hence time. This newly developed chassis plate assembly and clamps helps to mount the chassis plate with out drilling any holes on the long member of vehicle.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
In accordance with this invention, chassis plate assembly for vehicle comprises; two long members (1) ,plurality of cross member (2) , first chassis plate member (3) mounted on the said long member (1) at one end and on the said cross member at the other end ,second chassis plate member (4) mounted between the said cross members (2), wherein said first chassis plate member(3) comprises at least two slots (5) at the one end for mounting it to the said long member by using clamps (8) , said first chassis plate member (3) comprises a projection (7) which is configured for mounting on the cross member at other end, said second chassis plate member (4) comprises projection (7') at both end which is configured for mounting on the cross member(2),said first chassis plate member comprises staggered rib pattern(6) which is in the form of upward bulge and rib pattern (6') which is in the form of depression for reducing deflection and increasing strength of the said first chassis plate members , the said rip pattern (6') comprises drain hole (9) for draining water , oil, etc said second chassis plate member comprises rib pattern (6") which is in the form of bulge and drain holes in between two consecutive rib pattern (6").
The said clamp (8) is U shaped clamp comprises welded nut (10) at one flange and hole (11) on other flange for clamping the first chassis plate (3) to the long member (1) in order to prevent the lateral movement of said first chassis plate member.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Figure-01 shows isometric view of complete chassis plate assembly. Figure -02 shows details of first plate member. Figure -03 shows details second chassis plate member. Figure-04 shows different views of clamp. Figure-05 shows top view of chassis plate assembly. Figure-06 shows details of clamping with the long member.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same,
Now referring to figure 01 to 05, In accordance with this invention, chassis plate assembly for vehicle comprises; two long members (1) plurality of cross member (2) , first chassis plate member (3) mounted on the said long member (1) at one end and on the said cross member at the other end ,second chassis plate member (4) mounted between the said cross members (2), wherein said first chassis plate member(3) comprises at least two slots (5) at the one end for mounting it to the said long member by using clamps (8) , said first chassis plate member (3) comprises a projection (7) which is configured for mounting on the cross member at other end, said second chassis plate member (4) comprises projection (7') at both end which is configured for mounting on the cross member(2),said first chassis plate member comprises staggered rib pattern(6) which is in the form of upward bulge and rib pattern (6') which is in the form of depression for reducing deflection and increasing strength of the said first chassis plate members , the said rip pattern (6' ) comprises drain hole (9) for draining water , oil, etc said second chassis plate member (4) comprises rib pattern (6") which is in the form of bulge and drain holes in between two consecutive rib pattern (6").
The said clamp (8) is U shaped clamp comprises welded nut (10) at one flange and hole (11) on other flange for clamping the first chassis plate (3) to the long member (1) in order to prevent the lateral movement of said first chassis plate member.
The rib patterns (6, 6', 6") provided on the said first chassis plate member (3) and second chassis plate (4) member reduces the deflection and increases the strength of the said plate members. This arrangement comprises less number of parts and hence also has less weight. It is easy to assemble and dismantle the said first chassis plate member (3) and second chassis plate member (4) since the number of parts is less.

Also it is easy to handle since reduced weight. Said first chassis plate member and second chassis plate members acts as a platform over the chassis for carrying maintenance and repair works and hence useful while working on the chassis. The said clamp (8) facilitates to fix the said first chassis plate (3) member without drilling holes on the long member. It is easy to assemble and dismantle the plate since the clamps are easy to unclamp.
The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof.
