Client Device Type Agnostic Data Communication From A Business Entity

Abstract: A method includes receiving, through a server representing a business entity, a user request from a client device. The user request is a request for information from a customer of the business entity or another business entity, and includes information about a particular type of the client device. The method also includes decoding the user request to determine the information requested and the particular type of the client device, and obtaining the information requested in accordance with the decoding in a format agnostic to the particular type of the client device. Further, the method includes generating supplemental information related to reconstructing the obtained information in the agnostic format within a format specific to compatible rendering and viewing thereof on the particular type of the client device, and transmitting the obtained information requested in the agnostic format along with the supplemental information to the client device to enable the reconstruction thereat.
