Coating Bar, And Method For Manufacturing Separator By Using Same

Abstract: The present invention relates to a coating bar, and a method for manufacturing a separator by using same. The coating bar according to the present invention can form, through one coating, a coating layer having regions of different thicknesses. In addition, the method for manufacturing a separator, according to the present invention, comprises a step of forming a porous coating layer by using a predetermined coating bar, and thus enables a separator comprising a porous coating layer having regions of different thicknesses to be manufactured. Particularly, the present invention enables a separator of which both ends are thicker than the central part thereof to be manufactured, and thus can prevent, during bonding of a separator and electrodes, insufficient adhesive strength at both ends in a TD and exhibit uniform adhesive strength over the entire interface between the separator and the electrodes.
