Abstract: Provided are a color developing composition including a compound represented by Formula 1, a lithographic printing plate precursor having at least a layer including the color developing composition, a method for producing a lithographic printing plate in which the lithographic printing plate precursor is used, and a compound represented by Formula 1 which can be preferably used as a color developer.

WE CLAIM:
[Claim 1] A color developing composition, comprising:
a compound represented by the following Formula 1, [Chem 1]
wherein, in Formula 1, Z represents a group represented by Formula 2 or Formula 3, each of R11 to R18 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, -Ra, -ORb, -SRc, or -NRdRe, each of Ra to Re independently represents a hydrocarbon group, each of A1 and A2 independently represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a nitrogen atom, R16 is not present in a case in which A1 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, R18 is not present in a case in which A2 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, at least two selected from the group consisting of A1, A2, and a plurality of R11 to R18 may be linked to each other to form a

monocycle or a polycycle, n11 and n12 represent the same integer of 0 to 5, and Z1 represents a counter ion for neutralizing a charge,
wherein, in Formula 2 and Formula 3, R19 represents a hydrocarbon group, each of X1 and X2 independently represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Y represents a group which is represented by Formula 4 and which is capable of cleaving a Y-S bond in Formula 2 or a Y-X2 bond in Formula 3 upon exposure to heat or an infrared ray, and * represents a bonding site with a carbon atom in Formula 1, and
wherein, in Formula 4, each of R41 and R42 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, E represents an onium salt, and • represents a bonding site with a sulfur atom in Formula 2 or a bonding site with X2 in Formula 3.
[Claim 2] The color developing composition according to claim 1, wherein E in Formula 4 is a group represented by the following Formula 5: [Chem 3]
wherein, each of R51’s independently represents a halogen atom, a hydrocarbon group, a hydroxyl group, or -OR53-, R53 represents a hydrocarbon group, a plurality of R51’s may be linked to each other to form a ring, n51 represents an integer of 0 to 4, R52 represents a hydrocarbon group, and Za represents a counter ion that neutralizes a charge.

[Claim 3] The color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 is a compound represented by the following Formula 6: [Chem 4]
wherein, in Formula 6, Z represents a group represented by Formula 2 or Formula 3, each of R61 to R68 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, -Ra, -ORb, -SRc, or -NRdRe, each of Ra to Re independently represents a hydrocarbon group, each of Ar61 and Ar62 independently represents a group forming a benzene ring or forming a naphthalene ring, each of W61 and W62 independently represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, -CR611R612-, or -NR613-, each of R611 to R613 independently represents a hydrocarbon group, and Zb represents a counter ion that neutralizes a charge,

wherein, in Formula 2 and Formula 3, R19 represents a hydrocarbon group, each of X1 and X2 independently represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Y represents a group which is represented by Formula 4 and which is capable of cleaving a Y-S bond in Formula 2 or a Y-X2 bond in Formula 3 upon exposure to heat or an infrared ray, and * represents a bonding site with a carbon atom in Formula 1, and
wherein, in Formula 4, each of R41 and R42 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, E represents an onium salt, and • represents a bonding site with a sulfur atom in Formula 2 or a bonding site with X2 in Formula 3.
[Claim 4] The color developing composition according to claim 3, wherein R64 and R68 in Formula 6 represent a group represented by any of the following Formula 7 to Formula 10: [Chem 5]

wherein, in Formulae 7 to 10, R71 represents an alkylene group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, n71 represents an integer of 1 to 45, R72 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms or -C(=O)-R73, each of R81, R91, and R101 independently represents an alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, R73 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and each of M81, M91, and M101 represent a hydrogen atom, a Na atom, a K atom, or an onium salt.
[Claim 5] The color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a binder polymer.

[Claim 6] The color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a thermally adhesive particle.
[Claim 7] The color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a polymerization initiator and a polymerizable compound.
[Claim 8] The color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a borate compound.
[Claim 9] A planographic printing plate precursor, comprising:
at least one layer comprising the color developing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 on a support.
[Claim 10] A method for producing a planographic printing plate, comprising:
a step of radiating an infrared ray to the planographic printing plate precursor according
to claim 9; and
a step of carrying out on-machine development by supplying at least one selected from
the group consisting of a printing ink and dampening water to the planographic printing plate
precursor to which the infrared ray has been radiated on a printer.
[Claim 11 ] A compound represented by the following Formula 1,

wherein, in Formula 1, Z represents a group represented by Formula 2 or Formula 3, each of R11 to R18 independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, -Ra, -ORb, -SRc, or -NRdRe, each of Ra to Re independently represents a hydrocarbon group, each of A1 and A2 independently represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom, or a nitrogen atom, R16 is not present in a case in which A1 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, R18 is not present in a case in which A2 represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, at least two selected from the group consisting of A1, A2, and a plurality of R11 to R18 may be linked to each other to form a monocycle or a polycycle, n1 1 and n12 represent the same integer of 0 to 5, and Z1 represents a counter ion for neutralizing a charge,

wherein, in Formula 2 and Formula 3, R19 represents a hydrocarbon group, each of X1 and X2 independently represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Y represents a group which is represented by Formula 4 and which is capable of cleaving a Y-S bond in Formula 2 or a Y-X2 bond in Formula 3 upon exposure to heat or an infrared ray, and * represents a bonding site with a carbon atom in Formula 1, and
