Combined Printing And Sourcing Printer

Abstract: The additive manufacturing printers can produce the 3D objects directly and requires less post processing to the final component. The additional feature to be incorporated in the printer is multiple materials should be print by the same printer, which is much required today. The complexity is being provided by this invention.

COIMBINED PRINTER AND SOURCING PRINTER TITLE:
Combined primer and sourcing printer FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the field of additive manufacturing, specifically to printer with combined material dispensing as well as source of heat to melt or sinter the printing material.
PRIOR ART:
1. US 8827684 Bl, US patent titled "3D printer and print head unit with multiple filaments" is used individual stepper motor which drives filaments through the heating block.
2. US 20140134334 Al, US patent titled "Multicolour extrusion based 3D print process" is used for multicoloured 3D objects with good colour definition using single head.
Wherein the present invention overcomes the problem exiting in additive manufacturing in terms of operational efficacy
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to work with combination of different materials. The further objects that is incorporated in the single printing head.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The additive manufacturing printer prints only one type of material in one printing head. The present invention combines both the phenomenon together to go for multiple material products. This gives the product with combination of plasiic. meial and ceramic even. The system consists of printing material in one melt or sintering in another half of the printer to achieve the multiple material printing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
The control unit (1) in the additive manufacturing printer general controls the printer head (2) in the way of material dispensing layer wise. 'The major advantage in the present invention is it controls the printing material (3) dispensing as well as the source for melt or sinter (4) the final product together.
The product comes out of the printer is only made out one material since this time, but the present invention allows to print product with multiple materials. The present file format available has the capability to identify the material types loo. Once the command is given to printer head either it has dispense the material or gives the heat source to melt or sinter the product can be differentiated. In the case of materia! melt or sinter source additional input given to spread the material over the product developed already. This combination is very useful in printing multiple materia! products as a end result.

CLAIMS:
We claim:
1. A combined printer and sourcing printer comprises of
A control unit (1); A printing material (3); ■ A source for mcll or sinter (4); A printer head (2); and A printer tip (5)
wherein the control unit (1) controls the printing material (3) or the source for melt or sinter (4) to produce the multiple material product, through the printer head (2) and the printer tip (5).
2. The printer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit (1) has the capability to decide either dispense the material or provide source to melt or sinter..
3. The printer as claimed in preceding claims, wherein the multiple material can be printed.
