The method of claim 9, wherein the scheduling of virtual meetings is optimized based on the availability of the candidate and the registered voters. The election process typically involves various stages, including voter registration, campaigning, voting, vote counting, and results announcement. The election process should be free and fair, and all eligible voters should have equal opportunities to participate.

Electoral meetings are events where political candidates or parties interact with voters to present their platforms, answer questions, and seek support. These meetings can take various forms, including town hall meetings, rallies, debates, and speeches. Electoral meetings are an essential part of democratic elections, as they provide an opportunity for voters to engage with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and positions, and make informed decisions. Traditionally, electoral meetings have taken place in physical locations, such as community centres, schools, and public spaces. With the advancement of technology, virtual electoral meetings have become increasingly common. Various tech solutions are disclosed in patent literature. Few of them are discussed below.

Decision-assisting Artificial Intelligence, machine learning technology, a corpus of data in the domain of elections and legislation, and database of user stories, generate legislative priorities for user fact-checking, evaluating, debating, and voting to include in common agendas. The network connects voters within and across election districts and national boundaries to build consensus around legislative agendas with cross national scope. The network assists voters form online voting blocs, political parties, and electoral coalitions to elect lawmakers to enact their agendas, by attracting electoral support from voters across partisan lines. Users can provide legislative mandates to lawmakers by conducting petition drives, referendums, initiatives, and informal recall votes.

In accordance with different implementations of the current disclosure, a system 100 is disassembled into its component pieces and diagrammatically illustrated in FIG. 1 for facilitating virtual meetings between an electoral candidate and voters. In some implementations of the system 100, there is the potential to comprise a 3D holographic display system 110. This system 100 has the capacity to send a three-dimensional picture of the applicant to a remote location. Moreover, one of these embodiments may additionally feature a user interface 120 that, if implemented, would make it possible for voters and candidates to communicate with one another in real time. The 3D holographic display system 110 (interchangeably referred as holographic display system 110) may, in some implementations, have an extra configuration that enables it to project a virtual environment. This would be possible if the system 100 were to be configured in a specific way. It is possible for the candidate and the voters to participate in conversation in a way that is genuine and interesting to both parties. The user interface 120 can, in some implementations, be further configured to provide a feature that permits a number of simultaneous virtual meetings to take place between a candidate and a number of distinct groups of voters.

The system 100 may, in some embodiments, include a camera system 230 that is capable of capturing the candidate's image from multiple angles and transmitting it to the holographic display system 110, as well as a microphone system 240 that is capable of capturing the candidate's voice and transmitting it to the remote location.

The process may include, at step 320, the step of gathering the picture of the candidate using a camera system from a number of different angles, and then transferring it to the holographic display system when the step is complete. When the candidate's voice has been captured using a microphone system at the candidate's location, the next stage 330 in the process may include transmitting a recording of the candidate's voice to a place that is located some distance away. At the step 340 of the method, it is feasible that the supply of a user interface will be involved. This user interface will make it possible for the voters and the candidate to participate in discussion in real time. The projection of a virtual environment may be one of the processes involved in the execution of the technique in some circumstances. It is possible for the candidate and the voters to participate in conversation in a way that is genuine and interesting to both parties. To further facilitate simultaneous and numerous virtual meetings between the candidate and different groups of voters, the user interface of some embodiments may be built to allow for this additional functionality. This can be accomplished by building the user interface in such a way that it allows for the additional functionality.

The provision of an online voter registration system that is accessible to voters may be included in certain implementations of the method at step 410, depending on the specifics of the implementation. At step 420, the procedure may comprise gathering information on voter registration through the use of an internet system. The information would come straight from the voters themselves. The method of claim 9, wherein the scheduling of virtual meetings is optimized based on the availability of the candidate and the registered voters.
