Abstract: A receiver (102), which is a communication device, comprises: a plurality of receiving antennas (10R, 11R) for receiving, as a received signal, a desired signal transmitted by a transmission device for performing sequence multiplication processing during transmission, as well as an interference signal; and an interference suppression unit (405) for generating, for each of the receiving antennas, a weight for when combining the received signals received by each of the receiving antennas (10R, 11R), and using the weights to execute inter-antenna combination, which is the combining of received signals, to thereby suppress interference in the received signals. The interference suppression unit (405) changes the form of interference in the received signal by performing inverse sequence multiplication processing on the received signal, thus generating different weights for each of the combinations of received signals being subjected to interference suppression, and uses weights that reinforce the desired signal from among the generated weights to perform the interference suppression.
