Abstract: Radio resource management is simplified when a cell is spatially separated by a plurality of radio beams. A cell (811) configured by a base station device (800) is spatially separated by a plurality of radio beams (804 to 810) being served by the base station device (800). The base station device (800) shares, between two or more of the plurality of radio beams (804 to 810), a radio resource control (RRC) parameter to be applied to a communication terminal device.

1. A communication system comprising:
a user apparatus;
a distributed unit (DU) configured to wirelessly communicate with the user apparatus; and
a central unit (CU) connected to the DU, wherein
the CU transmits, to the user apparatus, a parameter used for wireless communication by the DU in advance, and
the user apparatus retains the parameter transmitted from the CU.
2. The communication system according to Claim 1, wherein the parameter is an RRC parameter related to a beam used for the wireless communication by the DU.
3. The communication system according to Claim 1, wherein the CU transmits, to the user apparatus with using L1/L2 signaling, an indication that indicates a beam used for the wireless communication by the DU.
4. The communication system according to Claim 1, wherein the CU transmits, to the user apparatus with using MAC signaling, a switching indication of the DU or a switching indication of a beam used by the DU, and
switching based on the switching indication is performed after an Ack regarding the switching indication from the user apparatus.
5. A central unit (CU) in a communication system comprising: a user apparatus; a distributed unit (DU) configured to wirelessly communicate with the user apparatus; and the CU connected to the DU, wherein
the CU transmits, to the user apparatus, a parameter used for wireless communication by the DU in advance.
6. A user apparatus in a communication system comprising: the user apparatus; a distributed unit (DU) configured to wirelessly communicate with the user apparatus; and a central unit (CU) connected to the DU, wherein
the user apparatus receives from the CU and retains a parameter used for wireless communication by the DU and transmitted in advance from the CU.
