We Claim:
1. A communication system comprising a mobile terminal and a base station configured
to communicate with the mobile terminal, in which multiplexing of channels for MBSFN
(Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network) and for non-
MBSFN is performed,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit, to the mobile terminal, an MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference, and
the mobile terminal is configured to receive the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference transmitted from the base station.
2. The communication system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference is configured by the base station.
3. The communication system as claimed in claim 1,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit a number of a subframe to be used as the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference.
4. The communication system as claimed in claim 3,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit the number of the subframe by using broadcast information.
5. A base station included in a communication system in which multiplexing of channels
for MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network) and for
non-MBSFN is performed,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit, to a mobile terminal, an MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference.

6. The base station as claimed in claim 5,
wherein the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference is configured by the base station.
7. The base station as claimed in claim 5,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit a number of a subframe to be used as the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference.
8. The base station as claimed in claim 7,
wherein the base station is configured to transmit the number of the subframe by using broadcast information.
9. A mobile terminal included in a communication system in which multiplexing of
channels for MBSFN (Multimedia Broadcast multicast service Single Frequency
Network) and for non-MBSFN is performed,
wherein the mobile terminal is configured to receive an MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference transmitted from a base station.
10. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9,
wherein the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference is configured by the base station.
11. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9,
wherein the mobile terminal is configured to receive a number of a subframe to be used as the MBSFN subframe for avoiding downlink interference.
12. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 11,
