Communication System, Communication Terminal, And Base Station

Abstract: The present invention provides a technology for implementing a service that uses terminal-to-terminal communication such as V2X communication. This communication system comprises: a base station that is configured to be able to communicate with a core network; and a communication terminal that is configured to be able to wirelessly communicate with the base station. The base station supports a non-public network. The communication terminal is configured to be able to implement a service that uses terminal-to-terminal communication. The communication terminal determines whether or not it is possible to access the base station, on the basis of information that indicates which of non-public networks makes various services available that use terminal-to-terminal communication.
