Abstract: A communication system (210) includes a communication terminal (202), a base station (217) configured to be capable of wireless communication with the communication terminal (202), and a management device (214) for managing access of communication terminals via the base station (217). The communication terminal (202) activates processing set in advance for switching CAG (Closed Access Group) information. The management device (214) transmits CAG information to the communication terminal (202) in response to the communication terminal (202) having activated the processing set in advance.
