Specification

DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD
[001] The embodiments herein generally relate to a hitch control valve in a vehicle and more particularly, to acompensator valve assembly for the hitch control valve in the vehicle. Further, embodiments herein relate to a method for filtering fluid provided to the hitch control valve of the vehicle.

BACKGROUND
[002] Vehicles such as tractors and other similar vehicles are primarily used in agricultural fields. One of the most common uses of agricultural tractors is to move an agricultural implement through agricultural fields to condition the soil for cultivation. Usually, the agricultural implements are attached to a rear-end and/or a front-end of the vehicle using a hitch depending on the type of vehicle configuration and the type of field operation that is to be carried out in the agricultural fields. Typically, a hitch control valve of the tractor is used to control the raising and lowering of the implement through the hitch. Usually, the hydraulic oil that is pumped to the hitch control valve is filtered by using a filer. However, if the filter is not functioning properly, then the oil along with contaminants (foreign particles) enters the hitch control valve. Due to introduction of contaminated oil to the hitch control valve, the contaminants get accumulated between a control valve main spool sleeve and a control valve main spool of the hitch control valve as there is low clearance between the control valve main spool sleeve and the control valve main spool, and this in turn restricts a movement of a hydraulic lift arm of the tractor and the implement remains in a lifted position during field operations which is undesirable.
[003] Therefore, there exists a need for a compensator valve assembly for a hitch control valve in a vehicle, which obviates the aforementioned drawbacks. Further, embodiments herein relate to a method for filtering fluid provided to the hitch control valve of the vehicle.

OBJECTS
[004] The principal object of embodimentsherein is toprovide acompensator valve assembly for a hitch control valve in a vehicle, which filters fluid provided to the hitch control valve.
[005] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a method for filtering fluid provided to a hitch control valve of a vehicle.
[006] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a filter attached with a compensator spacer in a compensator valve assembly of hitch control valve in vehicle, where the filter is adapted to filter the fluid provided to the hitch control valve therein to restrict accumulation of foreign particles between a hitch control valve spool and a hitch control valve sleeve.
[007] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a compensator valve assembly for a hitch control valve in a vehicle, which provides easy access to clean a filterremovably attached to a compensator spacer of the compensator valve assembly.
[008] Another object of embodiments herein is to provide a compensator valve assembly for a hitch control valve in a vehicle, which enables efficient operation of the hitch control valve and a hydraulic lift arm of the vehicle.
[009] These and other objects of embodimentsherein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with following description and accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation.
