Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a merriment apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a standalone compiling merriment apparatus.
BACKGROUND
[002] Merriment apparatuses have been prevalent in the market since decades. Such apparatuses involve mental, strategical, or logical abilities, depending on their operational method. These may be for children as well as for adults, based on the level of the intellectual ability to be applied. These can be classified broadly as either educational or entertainment ones. There are many known types of educational merriment apparatuses, one of which is the standalone educational merriment apparatuses, comprising a printed matter placed on top of a hardware. The main disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are not suitable and/or convenient for younger children. Another disadvantage of this type of educational apparatuses is that they are expensive.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[003] Objects of the present invention involve overcoming the above-mentioned problem associated with the existing type of educational merriment apparatuses.
[004] Primary object of the present invention is to provide a standalone educational merriment apparatus.
[005] Another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is easily operated by beginners, young children and adolescents.
[006] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an educational merriment apparatus that is cost effective.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[007] A compiling merriment apparatus as per the present invention comprises a spinner device on a hardboard, plurality of cards with various pictures thereon, plurality of connecting pieces for making the pictures depicted on the cards, plurality of non-standard measuring tools, and a hardboard base to place the cards. The said apparatus is operated by selecting a

set or deck of cards depending on the level, which enables each user to have a single card each, which being enabled with a unique design, assists the user to assemble the same. Further, spinning of the spinner device displays number of connecting pieces to be collected.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[008] The following description describes various features and functions of the disclosed system. The illustrative aspects described herein are not meant to be limiting. It may be readily understood that certain aspects of the disclosed system can be arranged and combined in a wide variety of different configurations, all of which may not have been contemplated herein.
[009] These and other features, including the advantages of the present invention may be incorporated into certain embodiments of the invention which will become fully apparent from the following description, and more apparent from the description to be followed in the complete specification.
[0010] Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted for clarity and conciseness.
[0011] It is to be understood that the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" include plural reference, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0012] It should be emphasized that the term "comprises/comprising" when used in this specification is taken to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or components, but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.
[0013] In order to provide basic understanding of some aspects of the invention, a simplified description of the invention is presented herein. It is not an extensive overview of this invention. Also, it is neither intended to identify the key/critical elements of the invention or to define the scope of the invention.

[0014] The present invention discloses a merriment apparatus for teaching compiling or assembling parts thereof to form a design.
[0015] The apparatus comprises, but is not limited to, a spinner device on a hardboard, plurality of cards with various pictures thereon, plurality of connecting pieces for making the pictures depicted on the cards, plurality of non-standard measuring tools, and a hardboard base to place the cards.
[0016] The users first select a set or deck of cards depending on the level, pursuant to which each user is dispersed with a single card each. Each card illustrates a particular design thereon for the user to assemble.
[0017] The users spin the spinner device so as to collect the connecting pieces as per the numbers appearing on the spinner device. The spinner device indicates the number of connecting pieces to be collected, along with their measurements.
[0018] The users aim to assemble fastest the collecting pieces so as to form the design illustrated in the card selected by the user.
[0019] As per a specific embodiment of the present invention, the number of users is limited to a maximum of two. There is one hardboard, 15 cards with 15 unique pictures thereon, 100 connecting pieces, and eight non-standard measuring tools of the two users. The number of users, hardboard, cards, connecting pieces, and measuring tools are mentioned not to limit the scope of the invention, but only to further enhance the understanding of the invention to a person skilled in the art.
[0020] As per an additional embodiment of the present invention, the non-standard measuring tools may include, but is not limited to, a pencil, an ice cream stick, a straw, a thread, etc. It is pertinent to note that all users would be provided with at least one of each of the non¬standard measuring tools.
[0021] As per an alternate embodiment, the present invention can also be optionally realized through an electronically connected means.
[0022] The present invention also discloses a method for operation of such standalone compiling merriment apparatus.

[0023] While the present invention has been described with reference to one or more preferred aspect, which have been set forth in considerable details for the purpose of making a disclosure of the invention, such aspects are merely exemplary and are not intended to be limiting or represent an exhaustive enumeration of all aspects of the invention. The scope of the invention, therefore, shall be defined solely by the claims to be followed in the complete specification. Further, it will be apparent to those skills in the art that numerous changes may be made in such details without departing from the principles of the invention.
