Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to composite materials integrated sturdy and lightweight electric vehicle chassis. The chassis (100) includes a frame (102) and an integrated segment (104). The frame (102) an outer layer that forms the chassis structure that includes either composite material or metal. The integrated segment (104) is an inner layer that includes either composite materials or a combination of composite materials and metal. The integrated segment (104) of different materials that sporadically arranged over the frame internally to offer higher strength. The composite materials used in the frame or in the integrated segment are Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) (202) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) (204). The system provides a chassis that offers higher strength with less weight and higher durability for the electric vehicle.

the chassis (100) comprises a frame (102) and an integrated segment (104) of different materials that sporadically arranged over the frame internally.
2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame (102) an outer layer that forms the chassis structure comprises either composite material or metal.
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the integrated segment (104) an inner layer comprises of composite materials or a combination of composite materials and metal.
4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the integrated segment (104) is sporadically arranged over the frame internally where high strength is required.
5. The composite materials as claimed in claim 3, wherein the composite materials are Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) (202) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) (204).
