Composite Molten Iron Manufacturing Apparatus

Abstract: A composite molten iron manufacturing apparatus is provided. According to the present invention in a molten iron manufacturing apparatus based on a fluidized reduction furnace and a coal filling type gasification melting furnace and a molten iron manufacturing apparatus based on a molten bath type smelting reduction furnace while the two molten iron manufacturing apparatuses are coupled to each other by a separate fluidized reduction furnace that is additionally configured the molten iron manufacturing apparatus based on the fluidized reduction furnace and the coal filling type gasification melting furnace stably produces molten iron using a conventional lead material for metallurgy and the molten iron manufacturing apparatus based on the molten bath type smelting reduction furnace which is connected thereto stably produces molten iron using a conventional low grade lead material that is inappropriate for metallurgy.
