1. A composition comprising:
a) at least one calcium salt; and
b) a dipeptide composed of leucine and cysteine,
wherein the calcium salt to the dipeptide w/w ratio is in a range of 6:1 to 64.55:1.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one calcium salt to the dipeptide has a w/w ratio in the range of 10:1 to 17:1
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one calcium salt to the dipeptide has a w/w ratio in the range of 16:1 to 17:1
4. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1- 3 comprising:

a) at least one calcium salt having a concentration in a range of 443.92 µg/ml u 887.84 µg/ml with respect to the composition; and
b) dipeptide having a concentration in a range of 25 u 100 µg/ml with respect to the composition.

5. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1 - 4, wherein the at least one calcium salt is selected from a group consisting of calcium chloride, calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, calcium lactate, calcium phosphate, calcium glycerophosphate, calcium hydroxide, and combinations thereof.
6. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1- 5, wherein the composition further comprises at least one excipient selected from a group consisting of fillers, preservatives, coloring agent, flavoring agent, emulsifier, carriers,#and combinations thereof, and wherein the at least one excipient having a weight percentage in the range of 50 u 60% with respect to the composition.
7. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-6, wherein the composition synergistically upregulates absorption of calcium.
8. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-7, wherein the composition is dispensed in the form of a dietary supplement selected from a group consisting of powdered beverage mix, nutrition bar, dairy products, juices, capsule, health drink, bakery and confectionary products.

9. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 1, said process
comprising:
a) obtaining the at least one calcium salt;
b) obtaining the dipeptide; and
c) contacting the calcium salt with the dipeptide, to obtain the composition.
10. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 6, said process
comprising:
a) obtaining the at least one calcium salt;
b) obtaining the dipeptide;
c) obtaining the at least one excipient; and
d) contacting the at least one calcium salt and the dipeptide, with the at least one excipient, to obtain the composition.
