I/We Claim;
1. A composition comprising:
a) xanthohumol; and
b) piperine,
wherein xanthohumol and piperine has a weight ratio in a range of 1:3 to 1:4.5.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein xanthohumol and piperine has a weight ratio in a range of 1:3.30 to 1:4.10.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein xanthohumol has a weight percentage in a range of 0.000035 to 0.000177% with respect to the composition.
4. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein piperine has a weight percentage in a range of 0.000028 to 0.00071% with respect to the composition.
5. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises at least one excipient.
6. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 1, said process comprising:

a) obtaining xanthohumol;
b) obtaining piperine; and
c) contacting xanthohumol, and piperine, to obtain the composition.
7. A process for preparing the composition as claimed in claim 5, said process
comprising:
a) obtaining xanthohumol;
b) obtaining piperine;
c) obtaining the at least one excipient and
d) contacting xanthohumol, piperine, and the at least one excipient, to obtain the composition.
8. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-5, wherein the
composition exhibits an inhibitory effect on Interleukin-6 (IL-6) production,

NF-K-B phosphorylation, Interleukin-8 (IL-8) production, and Nitric oxide (NO)n production. 9. The composition as claimed in any one of the claims 1-5, wherein the composition enhances bioavailability of xanthohumol.
