Abstract: A computer implemented system to provide online and offline real-time-location based platform for interaction and to undertake service/business transactions comprising of: registering users on the platform through secured credentials; inviting and letting peers to use this platform for placing commercial needs or services used in day to day life; providing user with an option to choose specific services/categories, describe them and place them on-line on a GPS location based platform; allowing user to choose from various cryptocurrencies as their transaction currency; filtering the services/categories; self-notification based on commercial needs met out; facilitating the user to immediately select the service provider and start communication through chat or phone.
The present invention relates toa computer implemented system and method. More particularly, the present invention relates to a computer implemented system and method providing customized e-commerce services and data transaction platform using a messenger based on global positioning system and allied technologiesthereof.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART:
"Ease of doing business" is the buzz word in the present economic scenario. With the advent of technology, the physical commerce and trade has taken a back seat, while e-commerce and e-trading has taken the lead. The change of guard from physical commerce to e-commerce has brought a paradigm shift in the ways and means of advertisements i.e. the buyer and the seller both were compelled to enter into the virtual world to either market themselves or their products.
The concept of e-commerce revolves around four basic division i.e. B2B i.e. business to business, C2B i.e. consumer to business or vice versa and C2C i.e. consumer to consumer. In all the four divisions, the transaction by and between the stakeholders takes
place online. Several prior arts disclosing the aforesaid method are known in the art. In most of the prior arts, it simply executes the commercial transaction with the help of internet.
At present, various companies are available in the market, which acts as intermediaries by providing a platform to buyers and sellers after charging hefty financial amount as their fees or their share. Even, these companies have created a high degree of dependency for the genuine buyers and sellers on their platform, wherein these intermediaries not only controlling the transaction but also have access to the data and information shared by and between the buyer and the seller. Due to the high degree of dependency, these intermediaries are eating into the genuine business transaction and the buyers and sellers do not have a degree of freedom while undertaking their transactions.
An another limitation, which the platform prepared by the intermediaries is that they are predominantly caters to diverse geographical location and does not promote local market which would in a way increase the cost of the product or service (increase cost and local market) and the performance of these intermediaries fail when they attempt to go beyond their prescribed geographical area. Even the reliability and success
ratio of the transactions, which are taking place beyond specific geographical locations, is not encouraging. Even otherwise, due to a very limited or restricted interaction by and between the buyers and sellers over these online platforms,these prior art, fails to provide the market sentiments vis-a-vis the actual demand and supply. The major drawback of these limitation are that the neither the service or product seller/supplier equip himself with the increasing/ decreasing demand of the market nor the service or product buyer get the advantage of the competition.
Yet another limitation of the prior art is that these intermediary companies do not allow any direct interaction between the buyer and the supplier. In some of the online platforms, the identity of the seller is disclosed to the buyer only after completion of the financial transaction before delivering the goods/services. Due to the dependency over the intermediaries, at times, the entire transaction fails if the server or the technology adopted by the intermediary fails.
In order to overcome these limitations discussed above and several others, which are associated with the online platform provided by the intermediary companies, the present invention is envisaged, which not only provides a free and fair environment to
the buyers and sellers but also gives the freedom to undertake their transactions on their wish and will. The present invention is designed around a robust online GPS based messaging and e-commerce platform, which can not only provide an online dynamic platform for e-commerce or e-trade but also provides several other real-time solutions to the buyers and sellers in order to facilitate them to work in the real time changing dynamics of the e-commerce industries. The present invention discloses a system and method to undertake online e-commerce activity on a customized platform, wherein the buyer or the seller can change the features of the online platform depending upon their need, want and demand.
The present invention also attempts to provide an online platform facilitating transactions through a real-time messenger operated through Global Positioning System and allied technologies.
The present invention also facilitates a real time communication/interaction by and between the buyers and sellers without any intervention from the intermediary.
The present invention also facilitates the buyers and the sellers to undertake business transaction amongst each other after
thorough discussions and deliberations and confirming the genuineness of the parties.
The present invention also facilitates business transactions in between local and global market. Any interested buyer can identify the nearest available selling source and undertake the transaction without depending upon a seller located at the remote location. Even with the aid and assistance of the present invention buyers and sellers can interact with each other, undertake negotiations and conclude the business transactions. The present invention also helps in reducing the logistics and transportation cost, which can be a boom for price management.
Yet another important feature of the present invention is that it provides a real-time map of the location of any buyer and seller. Such a facility would help any buyer to visit his nearest seller and ensure the quality of goods and services, which are under transaction.
An important feature, which is associated with the present invention, is facilitating business transaction without dependency on the prevailing currency system. Any goods/service provider using the present invention can disclose the kind of currency
including virtual, digital or crypto currency through which the transaction can be performed.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a computer
implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which can allow the user to interact and cater with its customers/clients locally and globally without any limitation of geographical location through real time GPS based market space.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates its user with the real time market dynamics.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which eliminates the need of any website and search engine in the form of intermediaries.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform, which canprovide a real time and online messenger serviceto buyer as well as seller using which they can place their demand or supply on their wish and will.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates peer to peer interactionwithout any intervention from intermediaries thereby facilitating smooth transaction.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates a perfect balance between profit maximization vis-a-vis quality management. Every buyer can ensure the quality product by using the interactive messenger service and real-time location identification of the seller. At the same time, every seller can ensure profit maximization by getting the price of his choice without paying a single pie to any intermediary.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates communication outside the controller user group. Any user using the present invention can directly initiate the interaction with the other user without adding him/her into his closed user group or adding him/her into his/her contact list. Such a facility ensures transparent communication in real-time which not only reduces the time of transaction but also provides a variety of choices to each user. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates use of alternate currency means such as crypto/virtual/digital currencies through GPS based open market.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer
implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-
commerce online platform comprising a personal digital assistant
such as a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone and the like loaded
with any android or IOS based application capable of installing
the computer implemented application; said computer
implemented application further comprises of a data feeding,
storing and editing module; a data processing module, a data presenting module; a data management module; and a real-time instant messenger module .
The data feeding, storing and editing module of the present invention facilitates any user to feed the desired information, edit the same and store it for future use. The data processing module is capable of processing the data fed into by the user depending upon the requirements of the user and customize the same as per the requirements specified by the user. The data presenting module is capable of presenting the data into various categories and sub-categories customized in accordance with the requirement of the user. The data management module is capable of collating the data exchanged between the users, identifying the preferences of each user, selecting relevant information as per the preference of each user and relaying the same to the user through the data presentation module.
Another embodiment of the present invention discloses a real-time instant messenger module capable of transferring the information from one user to user operating with the aid and assistance of GPS or allied technologies.

Another embodiment of the present invention discloses a GPS

Another embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer implemented method wherein a user installs the computer implemented application through any android or IOS based platform. After installation, the user feeds in the desired information such as without limitation name, address, sex, age, qualification, occupation, likes/dislikes, area of interest, categories/sub-categories of interest and the like based on which the computer implemented application prepares a detailed profile of the user. After feeding the desired information invites its peers and acquaintance which are his target users through online

invitation.The user selects any of the service provided by the computer implemented application such as “Flash Me”, wherein the user’s profile is presented as goods/service provider; “Notify Me”, wherein the user sets an alert in relation to goods and service in which he is interested; “Search Goods/Service”, wherein user makes a general search of goods and service of his choice; “Demo”, wherein the demonstration of entire application is shown to the user. The category and sub-category would include transport, apartments, markets, daily needs, medical and health, educational, vocational, professional services, and the like. In the present invention the user interacts with its target user through a real-time GPS based messenger; said messenger facilitates interaction in the form of audio, video, chat, IM and the like into the closed as well as open user group directly without adding the target user into its contact list or CUG group. The user can inspect the real-time location of its target user with the help of GPS based map/location identifier. After finalizing the category, sub-category and the target user, the user can freeze the financial transaction using digital/video or crypto currency.

The present invention facilitates various kinds of searches such as Boolean, keyword, category or location based search. Any user can search for any goods or service of its choice using above said parameters.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which provides for real-time market dynamics of a specific product/services based on which any user can change its marketing/selling strategy and increase market penetration. The present invention also facilitates discovery of new markets and local markets gets promotion.

In the said embodiment, the e-commerce or e-trading takes place with a user interface, wherein the user can participate as a trader or buyer. The present invention provides various product & service categories such as, without limitation,transport, apartments, markets, daily needs, medical and health, educational, vocational, professional services, and the like. These product and service categories can be further classified into various sub-categories such as car pool, rent a cab, two wheeler or four wheeler,rent a flat, buy a flat, PG accommodation, bachelor accommodation, real estate properties, flats, apartments, tenements, bungalows, duplex, raw houses, farm housesprofessional services such as plumbing, carpenter,

architecture, engineer, doctor, lawyer, chartered accountant and the like. The categories mentioned herein may not be construed as limitation of the invention and the same can be increased or decreased depending upon the requirement of the user.
An embodiment of the present invention can be available online on any platform such as Google or Apple Play Store and the like. Any user desirous to use the present invention can download the present invention in the form of a computer implemented module on any of its personal digital assistant such as mobile phone, laptop, desktop, palmtops etc. The computer implemented module after downloading would get itself installed over the personal digital assistant and starts operating by fetching the information fed into it at the time of installation. The information fed-into the system while installation can be altered by the user according to his choice and the present invention does not control the same. The present invention provides a direct control of the information to its user subject to a reasonable checks and balance. The user is free to change the information and based on the changes suggested by the user, the system would adapt itself and will gets customized accordingly.

The present invention offers one or more of the following features including a user specific interface to accept request for trading; a buyer’s interface to accept a request to buy an asset; a seller’s interface to accept a request to sell an asset; a GPS based online chat module to discuss, deliberate, negotiate the deal; an interface to share the video, images, files in various formats such as DOC, PDF,JPEG and the likein real-time of the commodity, which is being traded; a GPS enabled module to track the exact geographical location of the buyer and seller, which can be helpful for physical identification a module, wherein an online chat can take place with the subject expert, who deals in the specific commodity which is being traded, a user interface to show the real-time market dynamics vis-à-vis the demand and supply of the said commodity, which can facilitate the user to exchange information for further negotiations.
The present invention is also capable of being customized wherein any user can undertake financial transaction in case of buying and selling the commodity; a user interface to facilitate transfer of finances to an escrow account till the time the commodity or service is not received by the buyer and the like Various other modules in the present embodiment can also be designed and developed depending upon the customized

requirement of the user. The interface and the features, which are discussed hereinabove, are only for illustration purposes and the same shall not be construed as limitation of the invention.
The present invention facilitates for on-line or off-line trading through a network-based community in which buyers and sellers are brought together in an efficient format to buy and sell their assets and services. The system permits sellers to list assets or services available for sale and the buyers are provided with an option to bid for the same and all users can browse through listed details of assets and services in a fully-automated, topically-arranged, intuitive and easy-to-use online service that is available twenty four hours subject to technological limitations. An embodiment of the present invention also facilitates online advertisement of the assets and services. The said embodiment captures the user profile and the features mentioned therein and while user would be using the system, it would flashed with the relevant advertisements based on the selections made by him in his profile.

In the present embodiment as depicted in Figure 1(a), a user installs the present invention over its personal digital assistant. After installation, the user is provided with various options i.e. Flash me, Notify me, search, history and demo (210). In ‘Flash Me’, the user can feed in the relevant information in relation to the goods and service, which it proposes to offer. The present invention would collate the information and will flash the same to the interested parties. In case of ‘Notify Me’, any user can set an alert in relation to any goods or services of his choice. Whenever any such preference is available, the present invention would notify the concerned user. In case of ‘History’ and ‘Demo’, the present invention retains the searches conducted by the user as

well as provides a detailed demonstration of the function of the present invention.
The present invention facilitates the user to either use the system as a service provider or a service receiver. It is an integrated platform, wherein any user after installing the present invention can online interact, communicate, discuss and exchange all kinds of data in the most safe and secure manner without relying upon any third party interface.
After installing the present invention, the system would ask the user to complete all the essential details required to make a profile including the name, address, education, membership, kinds of services provided, client’s reference, location, geographical area of service and the like. This information can be internally processed by the present invention to identify the preferences of the user and accordingly, one of the module of the present invention flashed online advertisement to the user, while using the present invention.
If the user has enrolled itself as a service provider then after feeding the desired information, the user can select the module titled “Flash me” (220). Once the user selects the “Flash me”

module, depending upon the location of the user i.e. dynamic, static or real time (230), it will flash the name of the user as a service provider. At the same time, if after feeding the desired information, if the user wishes to notification of queries received in relation to the services provided by him, he can select “Notify me” (240). In such a scenario, he can be notified depending upon the selection of service/category (250) and sub-service/sub-category (260) Alternatively, the user can feed the details as a service receiver, wherein after he can use the “search” option (270) to search for relevant services of his interest using various keywords (280). The information fed by the users can be stored at any database located locally or globally. However, the said information is absolutely under the control of user himself, who is at liberty to modify the same as per his wish and will. The said embodiment also provides for a real time/dynamic advertisement wherein the system would provide the real-time status of the user, else, the user may select for static flash, wherein the static location of the user is shared on the module. The instant embodiment of the present invention is capable of flashing the user in various categories and sub –categories. Example of the said categories can be doctor, advocate, chartered accountant, architect, engineer, interior designer, marketing professional, consultant and the like. These categories are further divided into

sub-categories such as for a category named “doctor”, sub-categories would be physician, surgeon, dermatologist, gynecologist and the like. The examples of the categories and sub-categories are merely for illustrative purposes and the same should not be construed as limitation of the present invention.
Figure 2(a) to (f) of the present invention discloses an embodiment disclosing implementation of the present invention by the user into its various applications.
Figure 2 (a) discloses an embodiment, wherein a user after installing the present invention selects “search” tab, whereby the user is facilitated to search the appropriate service provider from the list of services (290) provided by the system.
Figure 2(b) provides an illustration of implementation of system, wherein the user selects “job” and from the “job” category, the user is provided with sub-categories (295) from which the user has to make selection.
Figure 2(c) to (f) of the present invention discloses further search the main category “health and safety”, “report”, “daily usage” (300). In the said main category, the user is provided with various

other sub-categories such as hospital, clinic, ambulance, and the like (305).
Similarly, the present invention also facilitates any user to select services from the bunch of categories shown in the “flash me” module. Illustration of services includes without limitation, car and four wheeler, bike and scooters, heavy vehicle, apartment, land, independent house, farm house, rent apartment and the like. The categories and sub-categories can be customized depending upon user’s requirement. The system also provides for filter option, wherein the user can filter the results in order to identify its need.After installing the present invention, the user can select the flash me module, which flashes the entire profile of the user, which can be viewed to users of the system. The module facilitates the user with regards to the prospective viewers i.e. the user can control the viewers i.e. only selected, all contacts or public at large.

Figure 3(b) of the present invention discloses an illustration of a user, who has registered herself as a recruiter (315) and she has also posted her advertisement as to she is looking for an android programmer (320).
Figure 4 of the present invention discloses another embodiment depicting a specific feature of real-time map location of any user. It also facilitates the user with guiding map, comments and views about that person uploaded by other users, its special features (325) and the like.
The present invention provides for exhaustive categories of product and service to create an online market space and also to extend the use of the platform with block chain and decentralized network.
Figure 5 of the present invention discloses a flow process elaborating the data movement and implementation of instructions issued by any user. In the said embodiment, a user, who is interested to use the above said invention, will have

register itself (330). After installation of the present invention, the embodiment would ask for information under various head such as name, address, age, qualification, occupation, area of interest and the like. The information sought by the embodiment would save on a server located locally or globally. It is pertinent to observe that based on the details fed by the user, the embodiment is wise enough to suggest preferable options to which the user might be interested. In the said embodiment, depending upon the basic details of the user and its general profile, the invention would flash certain relevant advertisement from time to time, which might be of interest to the user.
After installation of the present invention, as a safety feature, the user can regulate the operation of the present invention by restricting its access through a user name and password. The password can be any alpha numeric combination, or finger print, or any other method, which is prevailing in the relevant time. The user after entering into the embodiment would have options such as flash me, filter, search and notify me (335). The options mentioned can be further customized depending upon users need and demand.

If the user selects flash me module, the user would be given an option to select category, sub-category, title, description, location, duration and choice of crypto currency. While entering the details, the user is provided with various choices at each stage from which the user can select one. Once the details are filled in, the user would hit the post tab and the user’s profile would be visible on the embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment facilitates the user to select its location i.e. static, dynamic or real-time. Such a facility would help any viewer to identify the location as well as calculation of expected time by which he/she would get the service (340).
If the user selects filter or search module, the embodiment would ask the user to key-in relevant information as to which category and sub-categoryand the relevant key words, it is looking for the probable service provider. The embodiment is capable to identify the area of interest of the user and would provide the user with the most relevant results, which can be of use to the user.
The present embodiment also provides for an automatic notification system i.e. notify me, which would ask the user to provide the information such as category, sub-category and notification settings. In the present embodiment, if the user has

set the notify me module for a relevant category and sub-category, the embodiment would automatically send a notification to the user through a tone, light or vibration as to there has been a search in relation to the category of his choice. Such an arrangement would help the user to be vigil and would allow the user to keep tab on almost all the queries in the category of his choice. The heads and the facilitating options mentioned herein the embodiments are strictly for representative category and the same should be construed as limitation to the present invention.
Figure 6 of the present invention discloses an operational flow process of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, user (405)downloads the computer implemented application on its personal digital assistant with the aid and assistance of the internet connection. Examples of personal digital assistant can be a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone and the like loaded with any android or IOS based application. The said computer implemented application can be downloaded through a link inviting to download or from any play store operating over the android or IOS platform. The said computer implemented application comprises a data feeding modulestoring and editing module (410); a data processing module (425 and 430), a data presenting module (460); a data management module (450); and

a real-time instant messenger module (470). After downloading the computer implemented application on its personal digital assistant, the data feeding module activates and seeks information from the user. The user needs to provide his country code along with the mobile number and an OTP will get generated by the system and automatically verified the mobile number and complete the installation part. After completing the installation, the data feeding module seeks personal information from the user such as name, address, sex, age, qualification, occupation, likes/dislikes, area of interest, categories/sub-categories of interest, locations like static, dynamic real-time (415) and the like based on which the computer implemented application prepares a detailed profile of the user. The data feeding, storing and editing module facilitates any user to feed the desired information, edit the same and store it for future use.
In an embodiment, the computer implemented application after installation and feeding of data, processes the information, detail and data fed in by the user through the data processing module depending upon the requirement of the user and customize the same as per the requirements specified by the user. In the said embodiment, after installation of computer implemented application, the user can see the contact list, who have

downloaded the computer implemented application with whom he can interact. The data presenting module presents the data into various categories and sub-categories depending upon the selection made by the user. Based on the selected category, the computer implemented application is capable of filtering the search result also. The interaction between the users is governed by the data management module, which is capable of collating the data exchanged between the user, identifying the preferences of each user, selecting relevant information as per the preference of each user and relaying the same to the user through the data presentation module. The said processed information, which was either exchanged or uploaded by the user, can be transferred from one user to another through real-time instant messenger module with the aid and assistance of GPS or allied technologies.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after installation of the application, the user is free to interact with anyone, who is sharing the same computer implemented application through IM chat. At the background, the data management module acts between the users and send/receive the chat content. The message server sits on the hardware cloud. A robust operating system is used to create a base for the message server.

If the user wishes to share its location, it will do the same through data management module. After grant of permission by the user, another user can see the GPS location of the other users, this information is being shared using a web server which also placed on the same operating system in the hardware cloud. The web server sent/receive this information and store/manage in the database. All non-chat (IM) data is stored in the database attached to the web server.The audio and video communication is ensured using a VOIP server which also use a robust operating system and sits in hardware cloud.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the data (in the encrypted form) from one user to another flows towards 1) message server or 2) web server or 3) VOIP and accomplish the task of chat/audio/video/publish/fetch information from the server/system.
In an embodiment, which can facilitate the user to form a close user group of its own choice (440) and share the details as per the individual choice of each member of closed user group.
In the said embodiment, any user can prepare a closed user group and in the said group, it can add any number of users of

his own choice. Each user, who is added to the group would be provided with an option as to what all details they wish to share online with other users. The users will have an option to accept or reject the request for sharing of data and details such as real-time location, personal information, and the like.
Once, the user forms a closed user group, data and details of each member would be shared online depending upon the permission granted by them. If the member user has granted permission in entirety, the said embodiment would immediately send notification to the user if the concerned member user is in nearby vicinity. Location of each and every member user is visible on the map of the location to identify their real time location. Based on the information of location, any user can send personalized or general message to the other member user. Even the embodiment facilitates tracking the real-time location as well as permitting to take snapshot of its location. Such a feature would be very helpful in case of safety and security of member user. The embodiment facilitates the user to track the entire movement of any member user in real-time so as to ensure that the member user in going in a right direction. The present embodiment provides for a dynamic location alarm as to if any member user is in neighboring vicinity an automatic alarm/ notification would be sent sharing the
dynamic location of the member user. The alarms would help a real-time tracking of any member user.
The features discussed in an embodiment of the present invention can be used as a safety net by any governmental authorities, as well as individuals. However, the features can be more customized depending upon the individual's requirement and the same should not be treated as limitation of the present invention. The invention is capable of customizing itself depending upon requirement.
The embodiments of the invention described, referred hereinabove are provided to overcome the hurdles and achieve benefits, and advantages as hereinabove set forth. It may be possible to further modify and improve the described invention within the scope of the unity of the present invention. Thus, the illustrations, explanations, and the methodology as explained in the specification hereinabove may not be treated as limitation to the invention.
We claim:
1.A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform comprising a personal digital assistant such as a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone and the like loaded with any android or IOS based application capable of installing the computer implemented application; said computer implemented application further comprises of a data feeding, storing and editing module; a data processing module, a data presenting module; a data management module; and a real-time instant messenger module .
2. A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the data feeding, storing and editing module facilitates any user to feed the desired information, edit the same and store it for future use.

A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the data processing module is capable of processing the data fed into by the user depending upon the requirements of the user and customize the same as per the requirements specified by the user.
4. A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the data presenting module is capable of presenting the data into various categories and sub-categories customized in accordance with the requirement of the user.

A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the data management module is capable of collating the data exchanged between the user, identifying the preferences of each user, selecting relevant information as per the preference of each user and relaying the same to the user through the data presentation module.
6. A computer implemented system having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the real-time instant messenger module capable of transferring the information from one user to user operating with the aid and assistance of GPS or allied technologies.
7. A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform comprising the steps of:
a) installing the computer implemented application on any personal digital assistant;
b) feeding the desired information;
c) inviting peers and target users through personalized or general online invitation;
d) selecting the desired service such as “Flash Me”, “Notify Me”, “Search Goods/Service”, “Demo” and the like;
e) selecting the probable target user;
f) interacting real-time with the probable target user;
g) inspecting the real time location of the target user through GPS based map/location identifier
h) negotiating the financial transaction through digital/visual or crypto currency.
8. A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein a user installs the computer implemented application through any android or IOS based platform.

A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user feeds in the desired information such as without limitation name, address, sex, age, qualification, occupation, likes/dislikes, area of interest, categories/sub-categories of interest and the like based on which the computer implemented application prepares a detailed profile of the user.
10. A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user after feeding the desired information invites its peers and acquaintance which are his target users through online invitation.

A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user selects any of the service provided by the computer implemented application such as “Flash Me”, wherein the user’s profile is presented as goods/service provider; “Notify Me”, wherein the user sets an alert in relation to goods and service in which he is interested; “Search Goods/Service”, wherein user makes a general search of goods and service of his choice; “Demo”, wherein the demonstration of entire application is shown to the user.

A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user selects its target user based on the category and sub-category such as transport, apartments, markets, daily needs, medical and health, educational, vocational, professional services, and the like.

A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user interacts with its target user through a real-time GPS based messenger; said messenger facilitates interaction in the form of audio, video, chat, IM and the like into the closed as well as open user group directly without adding the target user into its contact list or CUG group.
14. A computer implemented method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform as claimed in Claim 7, wherein the user can inspect the real-time location of its target user with the help of GPS based map/location identifier.

The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates toa computer implemented system and method. More particularly, the present invention relates to a computer implemented system and method providing customized e-commerce services and data transaction platform using a messenger based on global positioning system and allied technologiesthereof.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART:
“Ease of doing business” is the buzz word in the present economic scenario. With the advent of technology, the physical commerce and trade has taken a back seat, while e-commerce and e-trading has taken the lead. The change of guard from physical commerce to e-commerce has brought a paradigm shift in the ways and means of advertisements i.e. the buyer and the seller both were compelled to enter into the virtual world to either market themselves or their products.
The concept of e-commerce revolves around four basic division i.e. B2B i.e. business to business, C2B i.e. consumer to business or vice versa and C2C i.e. consumer to consumer. In all the four divisions, the transaction by and between the stakeholders takes place online. Several prior arts disclosing the aforesaid method are known in the art. In most of the prior arts, it simply executes the commercial transaction with the help of internet.
At present, various companies are available in the market, which acts as intermediaries by providing a platform to buyers and sellers after charging hefty financial amount as their fees or their share. Even, these companies have created a high degree of dependency for the genuine buyers and sellers on their platform, wherein these intermediaries not only controlling the transaction but also have access to the data and information shared by and between the buyer and the seller. Due to the high degree of dependency, these intermediaries are eating into the genuine business transaction and the buyers and sellers do not have a degree of freedom while undertaking their transactions.
An another limitation, which the platform prepared by the intermediaries is that they are predominantly caters to diverse geographical location and does not promote local market which would in a way increase the cost of the product or service (increase cost and local market)and the performance of these intermediaries fail when they attempt to go beyond their prescribed geographical area. Even the reliability and success ratio of the transactions, which are taking place beyond specific geographical locations, is not encouraging. Even otherwise, due to a very limited or restricted interaction by and between the buyers and sellers over these online platforms,these prior art, fails to provide the market sentiments vis-à-vis the actual demand and supply. The major drawback of these limitation are that the neither the service or product seller/supplier equip himself with the increasing/decreasing demand of the market nor the service or product buyer get the advantage of the competition.
Yet another limitation of the prior art is that these intermediary companies do not allow any direct interaction between the buyer and the supplier. In some of the online platforms, the identity of the seller is disclosed to the buyer only after completion of the financial transaction before delivering the goods/services. Due to the dependency over the intermediaries, at times, the entire transaction fails if the server or the technology adopted by the intermediary fails.
In order to overcome these limitations discussed above and several others, which are associated with the online platform provided by the intermediary companies, the present invention is envisaged, which not only provides a free and fair environment to the buyers and sellers but also gives the freedom to undertake their transactions on their wish and will. The present invention is designed around a robust online GPS based messaging and e-commerce platform, which can not only provide an online dynamic platform for e-commerce or e-trade but also provides several other real-time solutions to the buyers and sellers in order to facilitate them to work in the real time changing dynamics of the e-commerce industries. The present invention discloses a system and method to undertake online e-commerce activity on a customized platform, wherein the buyer or the seller can change the features of the online platform depending upon their need, want and demand.
The present invention also attempts to provide an online platform facilitating transactions through a real-time messenger operated through Global Positioning System and allied technologies.
The present invention also facilitates a real time communication/interaction by and between the buyers and sellers without any intervention from the intermediary.
The present invention also facilitates the buyers and the sellers to undertake business transaction amongst each other after thorough discussions and deliberations and confirming the genuineness of the parties.
The present invention also facilitates business transactions in between local and global market. Any interested buyer can identify the nearest available selling source and undertake the transaction without depending upon a seller located at the remote location. Even with the aid and assistance of the present invention buyers and sellers can interact with each other, undertake negotiations and conclude the business transactions. The present invention also helps in reducing the logistics and transportation cost, which can be a boom for price management.
Yet another important feature of the present invention is that it provides a real-time map of the location of any buyer and seller. Such a facility would help any buyer to visit his nearest seller and ensure the quality of goods and services, which are under transaction.
An important feature, which is associated with the present invention, is facilitating business transaction without dependency on the prevailing currency system. Any goods/service provider using the present invention can disclose the kind of currency including virtual, digital or crypto currency through which the transaction can be performed.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
An object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which can allow the user to interact and cater with its customers/clients locally and globally without any limitation of geographical location through real time GPS based market space.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates its user with the real time market dynamics.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which eliminates the need of any website and search engine in the form of intermediaries.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerce online platform, which canprovide a real time and online messenger serviceto buyer as well as seller using which they can place their demand or supply on their wish and will.

Any user using the present invention can directly initiate the interaction with the other user without adding him/her into his closed user group or adding him/her into his/her contact list. Such a facility ensures transparent communication in real-time which not only reduces the time of transaction but also provides a variety of choices to each user. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which facilitates use of alternate currency means such as crypto/virtual/digital currencies through GPS based open market.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
The illustrations and the explanations of the present invention mentioned hereinafter may be explained with the aid and assistance of the embodiments discussed herein below, however the same should not be treated as limitation to the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses acomputer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which can be customized by the user depending upon its need, want and demand. The present invention facilitates various kinds of searches such as Boolean, keyword, category or location based search. Any user can search for any goods or service of its choice using above said parameters.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which provides for real-time market dynamics of a specific product/services based on which any user can change its marketing/selling strategy and increase market penetration. The present invention also facilitates discovery of new markets and local markets gets promotion.
Another embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which caters to various industries on a single platform with varied options of marketing, wherein any user after installing the above said system and transact depending upon his wish and will without being dependent on intermediaries and sharing their profits.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses acomputer implemented system and method having a GPS based messaging and e-commerceonline platform, which can be customized in a user friendly manner. In the said embodiment, the e-commerce or e-trading takes place with a user interface, wherein the user can participate as a trader or buyer. The present invention provides various product & service categories such as, without limitation,transport, apartments, markets, daily needs, medical and health, educational, vocational, professional services, and the like. These product and service categories can be further classified into various sub-categories such as car pool, rent a cab, two wheeler or four wheeler,rent a flat, buy a flat, PG accommodation, bachelor accommodation, real estate properties, flats, apartments, tenements, bungalows, duplex, raw houses, farm housesprofessional services such as plumbing, carpenter, architecture, engineer, doctor, lawyer, chartered accountant and the like. The categories mentioned herein may not be construed as limitation of the invention and the same can be increased or decreased depending upon the requirement of the user.
An embodiment of the present invention can be available online on any platform such as Google or Apple Play Store and the like. Any user desirous to use the present invention can download the present invention in the form of a computer implemented module on any of its personal digital assistant such as mobile phone, laptop, desktop, palmtops etc. The computer implemented module after downloading would get itself installed over the personal digital assistant and starts operating by fetching the information fed into it at the time of installation. The information fed-into the system while installation can be altered by the user according to his choice and the present invention does not control the same. The present invention provides a direct control of the information to its user subject to a reasonable checks and balance. The user is free to change the information and based on the changes suggested by the user, the system would adapt itself and will gets customized accordingly.
The present invention offers one or more of the following features including a user specific interface to accept request for trading; a buyer’s interface to accept a request to buy an asset; a seller’s interface to accept a request to sell an asset; a GPS based online chat module to discuss, deliberate, negotiate the deal; an interface to share the video, images, files in various formats such as DOC, PDF,JPEG and the likein real-time of the commodity, which is being traded; a GPS enabled module to track the exact geographical location of the buyer and seller, which can be helpful for physical identification a module, wherein an online chat can take place with the subject expert, who deals in the specific commodity which is being traded, a user interface to show the real-time market dynamics vis-à-vis the demand and supply of the said commodity, which can facilitate the user to exchange information for further negotiations.
The present invention is also capable of being customized wherein any user can undertake financial transaction in case of buying and selling the commodity; a user interface to facilitate transfer of finances to an escrow account till the time the commodity or service is not received by the buyer and the like
Various other modules in the present embodiment can also be designed and developed depending upon the customized requirement of the user. The interface and the features, which are discussed hereinabove, are only for illustration purposes and the same shall not be construed as limitation of the invention.
The present invention facilitates for on-line or off-line trading through a network-based community in which buyers and sellers are brought together in an efficient format to buy and sell their assets and services. The system permits sellers to list assets or services available for sale and the buyers are provided with an option to bid for the same and all users can browse through listed details of assets and services in a fully-automated, topically-arranged, intuitive and easy-to-use online service that is available twenty four hours subject to technological limitations. An embodiment of the present invention also facilitates online advertisement of the assets and services. The said embodiment captures the user profile and the features mentioned therein and while user would be using the system, it would flashed with the relevant advertisements based on the selections made by him in his profile.

In the present embodiment as depicted in Figure 1(a), a user installs the present invention over its personal digital assistant. After installation, the user is provided with various options i.e. Flash me, Notify me, search, history and demo (210). In ‘Flash Me’, the user can feed in the relevant information in relation to the goods and service, which it proposes to offer. The present invention would collate the information and will flash the same to the interested parties. In case of ‘Notify Me’, any user can set an alert in relation to any goods or services of his choice. Whenever any such preference is available, the present invention would notify the concerned user. In case of ‘History’ and ‘Demo’, the present invention retains the searches conducted by the user as well as provides a detailed demonstration of the function of the present invention.
The present invention facilitates the user to either use the system as a service provider or a service receiver. It is an integrated platform, wherein any user after installing the present invention can online interact, communicate, discuss and exchange all kinds of data in the most safe and secure manner without relying upon any third party interface.
After installing the present invention, the system would ask the user to complete all the essential details required to make a profile including the name, address, education, membership, kinds of services provided, client’s reference, location, geographical area of service and the like. This information can be internally processed by the present invention to identify the preferences of the user and accordingly, one of the module of the present invention flashed online advertisement to the user, while using the present invention.
If the user has enrolled itself as a service provider then after feeding the desired information, the user can select the module titled “Flash me” (220). Once the user selects the “Flash me” module, depending upon the location of the user i.e. dynamic, static or real time (230), it will flash the name of the user as a service provider. At the same time, if after feeding the desired information, if the user wishes to notification of queries received in relation to the services provided by him, he can select “Notify me” (240). In such a scenario, he can be notified depending upon the selection of service/category (250) and sub-service/sub-category (260) Alternatively, the user can feed the details as a service receiver, wherein after he can use the “search” option (270) to search for relevant services of his interest using various keywords (280). The information fed by the users can be stored at any database located locally or globally. However, the said information is absolutely under the control of user himself, who is at liberty to modify the same as per his wish and will. The said embodiment also provides for a real time/dynamic advertisement wherein the system would provide the real-time status of the user, else, the user may select for static flash, wherein the static location of the user is shared on the module. The instant embodiment of the present invention is capable of flashing the user in various categories and sub –categories. Example of the said categories can be doctor, advocate, chartered accountant, architect, engineer, interior designer, marketing professional, consultant and the like. These categories are further divided into sub-categories such as for a category named “doctor”, sub-categories would be physician, surgeon, dermatologist, gynecologist and the like. The examples of the categories and sub-categories are merely for illustrative purposes and the same should not be construed as limitation of the present invention.
Figure 2(a) to (f) of the present invention discloses an embodiment disclosing implementation of the present invention by the user into its various applications.
Figure 2 (a) discloses an embodiment, wherein a user after installing the present invention selects “search” tab, whereby the user is facilitated to search the appropriate service provider from the list of services (290) provided by the system.
Figure 2(b) provides an illustration of implementation of system, wherein the user selects “job” and from the “job” category, the user is provided with sub-categories (295) from which the user has to make selection.
Figure 2(c) to (f) of the present invention discloses further search the main category “health and safety”, “report”, “daily usage” (300). In the said main category, the user is provided with various other sub-categories such as hospital, clinic, ambulance, and the like (305).
Similarly, the present invention also facilitates any user to select services from the bunch of categories shown in the “flash me” module. Illustration of services includes without limitation, car and four wheeler, bike and scooters, heavy vehicle, apartment, land, independent house, farm house, rent apartment and the like. The categories and sub-categories can be customized depending upon user’s requirement. The system also provides for filter option, wherein the user can filter the results in order to identify its need.After installing the present invention, the user can select the flash me module, which flashes the entire profile of the user, which can be viewed to users of the system. The module facilitates the user with regards to the prospective viewers i.e. the user can control the viewers i.e. only selected, all contacts or public at large.
Figure 3(a) to (b) depict a specific feature titled “Flash Me” of the present invention, which can be applied by any user after installing the present invention on any personal digital assistant.
Figure 3(a) of the present invention discloses an illustration of a user, who has registered himself with taxi service along with his name, contact number (305), rate price and the like (310).
Figure 3(b) of the present invention discloses an illustration of a user, who has registered herself as a recruiter (315) and she has also posted her advertisement as to she is looking for an android programmer (320).
Figure 4 of the present invention discloses another embodiment depicting a specific feature of real-time map location of any user.
It also facilitates the user with guiding map, comments and views about that person uploaded by other users, its special features (325) and the like.
The present invention provides for exhaustive categories of product and service to create an online market space and also to extend the use of the platform with block chain and decentralized network.
Figure 5 of the present invention discloses a flow process elaborating the data movement and implementation of instructions issued by any user. In the said embodiment, a user, who is interested to use the above said invention, will have register itself (330). After installation of the present invention, the embodiment would ask for information under various head such as name, address, age, qualification, occupation, area of interest and the like. The information sought by the embodiment would save on a server located locally or globally. It is pertinent to observe that based on the details fed by the user, the embodiment is wise enough to suggest preferable options to which the user might be interested. In the said embodiment, depending upon the basic details of the user and its general profile, the invention would flash certain relevant advertisement from time to time, which might be of interest to the user.
After installation of the present invention, as a safety feature, the user can regulate the operation of the present invention by restricting its access through a user name and password. The password can be any alpha numeric combination, or finger print, or any other method, which is prevailing in the relevant time. The user after entering into the embodiment would have options such as flash me, filter, search and notify me (335). The options mentioned can be further customized depending upon users need and demand.
If the user selects flash me module, the user would be given an option to select category, sub-category, title, description, location, duration and choice of crypto currency. While entering the details, the user is provided with various choices at each stage from which the user can select one. Once the details are filled in, the user would hit the post tab and the user’s profile would be visible on the embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment facilitates the user to select its location i.e. static, dynamic or real-time. Such a facility would help any viewer to identify the location as well as calculation of expected time by which he/she would get the service (340).
If the user selects filter or search module, the embodiment would ask the user to key-in relevant information as to which category and sub-categoryand the relevant key words, it is looking for the probable service provider. The embodiment is capable to identify the area of interest of the user and would provide the user with the most relevant results, which can be of use to the user.
The present embodiment also provides for an automatic notification system i.e. notify me, which would ask the user to provide the information such as category, sub-category and notification settings. In the present embodiment, if the user has set the notify me module for a relevant category and sub-category, the embodiment would automatically send a notification to the user through a tone, light or vibration as to there has been a search in relation to the category of his choice. Such an arrangement would help the user to be vigil and would allow the user to keep tab on almost all the queries in the category of his choice. The heads and the facilitating options mentioned herein the embodiments are strictly for representative category and the same should be construed as limitation to the present invention.
Figure 6 of the present invention discloses an operational flow process of the present invention. In an embodiment of the present invention, user (405)downloads the computer implemented application on its personal digital assistant with the aid and assistance of the internet connection. Examples of personal digital assistant can be a desktop, a laptop, a smart phone and the like loaded with any android or IOS based application. The said computer implemented application can be downloaded through a link inviting to download or from any play store operating over the android or IOS platform. The said computer implemented application comprises a data feeding modulestoring and editing module (410); a data processing module (425 and 430), a data presenting module (460); a data management module (450); and a real-time instant messenger module (470). After downloading the computer implemented application on its personal digital assistant, the data feeding module activates and seeks information from the user. The user needs to provide his country code along with the mobile number and an OTP will get generated by the system and automatically verified the mobile number and complete the installation part. After completing the installation, the data feeding module seeks personal information from the user such as name, address, sex, age, qualification, occupation, likes/dislikes, area of interest, categories/sub-categories of interest, locations like static, dynamic real-time (415) and the like based on which the computer implemented application prepares a detailed profile of the user. The data feeding, storing and editing module facilitates any user to feed the desired information, edit the same and store it for future use.
In an embodiment, the computer implemented application after installation and feeding of data, processes the information, detail and data fed in by the user through the data processing module depending upon the requirement of the user and customize the same as per the requirements specified by the user. In the said embodiment, after installation of computer implemented application, the user can see the contact list, who have downloaded the computer implemented application with whom he can interact. The data presenting module presents the data into various categories and sub-categories depending upon the selection made by the user. Based on the selected category, the computer implemented application is capable of filtering the search result also. The interaction between the users is governed by the data management module, which is capable of collating the data exchanged between the user, identifying the preferences of each user, selecting relevant information as per the preference of each user and relaying the same to the user through the data presentation module. The said processed information, which was either exchanged or uploaded by the user, can be transferred from one user to another through real-time instant messenger module with the aid and assistance of GPS or allied technologies.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after installation of the application, the user is free to interact with anyone, who is sharing the same computer implemented application through IM chat. At the background, the data management module acts between the users and send/receive the chat content. The message server sits on the hardware cloud. A robust operating system is used to create a base for the message server.
If the user wishes to share its location, it will do the same through data management module. After grant of permission by the user, another user can see the GPS location of the other users, this information is being shared using a web server which also placed on the same operating system in the hardware cloud. The web server sent/receive this information and store/manage in the database. All non-chat (IM) data is stored in the database attached to the web server.The audio and video communication is ensured using a VOIP server which also use a robust operating system and sits in hardware cloud.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the data (in the encrypted form) from one user to another flows towards 1) message server or 2) web server or 3) VOIP and accomplish the task of chat/audio/video/publish/fetch information from the server/system.
In an embodiment, which can facilitate the user to form a close user group of its own choice (440) and share the details as per the individual choice of each member of closed user group.
In the said embodiment, any user can prepare a closed user group and in the said group, it can add any number of users of his own choice. Each user, who is added to the group would be provided with an option as to what all details they wish to share online with other users. The users will have an option to accept or reject the request for sharing of data and details such as real-time location, personal information, and the like.
Once, the user forms a closed user group, data and details of each member would be shared online depending upon the permission granted by them. If the member user has granted permission in entirety, the said embodiment would immediately send notification to the user if the concerned member user is in nearby vicinity. Location of each and every member user is visible on the map of the location to identify their real time location. Based on the information of location, any user can send personalized or general message to the other member user. Even the embodiment facilitates tracking the real-time location as well as permitting to take snapshot of its location. Such a feature would be very helpful in case of safety and security of member user. The embodiment facilitates the user to track the entire movement of any member user in real-time so as to ensure that the member user in going in a right direction. The present embodiment provides for a dynamic location alarm as to if any member user is in neighboring vicinity an automatic alarm/notification would be sent sharing the dynamic location of the member user. The alarms would help a real-time tracking of any member user.
The features discussed in an embodiment of the present invention can be used as a safety net by any governmental authorities, as well as individuals. However, the features can be more customized depending upon the individual’s requirement and the same should not be treated as limitation of the present invention. The invention is capable of customizing itself depending upon requirement.
The embodiments of the invention described, referred hereinabove are provided to overcome the hurdles and achieve benefits, and advantages as hereinabove set forth. It may be possible to further modify and improve the described invention within the scope of the unity of the present invention. Thus, the illustrations, explanations, and the methodology as explained in the specification hereinabove may not be treated as limitation to the invention.
