Abstract: The present invention relates to a conductive material dispersion and an electrode and a lithium secondary battery that are prepared by using same, wherein the conductive material dispersion comprises a carbon nanotube, a dispersant, and a dispersion medium, wherein the dispersant comprises a main dispersant and an auxiliary dispersant, the main dispersant is a hydrogenated nitrile copolymer, a residual double bond value of the hydrogenated nitrile copolymer according to formula 1 satisfies 0.3 wt% or less, and the auxiliary dispersant is a copolymer comprising: an oxyalkylene unit; and at least one of a styrene unit and an alkylene unit. [Formula 1] Residual double bond (wt%) = BD weight/(BD weight+HBD weight)×100 In formula 1, BD weight refers to the weight of a conjugated diene-derived structure unit of the hydrogenated nitrile copolymer, and HBD weight refers to the weight of a hydrogenated conjugated diene-derived structure unit of the hydrogenated nitrile copolymer.
