Conduit For Turbomachine And Method
Abstract: A turbomachine includes a compressor (102) having a cartridge (114) that is configured to slide in and out of an external casing (112). The turbomachine further includes an electrical motor (104) having a motor shaft (108) configured to be connected to the compressor shaft (106). A conduit (124, 212) is configured to extend through the statoric part (126) of the compressor or the motor, from a first magnetic bearing to the second magnetic bearing. The conduit includes conduit electrical cables (132) provided inside the conduit (124, 212) and extending from a first end (124a) of the conduit (124) to a second end (124b) of the conduit (124); and electrical cables (125, 151) connecting one of the first and second magnetic bearings to an external connector (130) via the conduit electrical cables (132) of the conduit (124).
