Conjugating Reagents And Conjugates Thereof
Abstract: The present invention relates to antibody conjugates, and methods of manufacturing the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a conjugate comprising an antibody, a linker and at least one active agent, wherein: the linker connects the at least one active agent(s) to the antibody; ii) the linker is attached to the antibody through 5 to 8 independent covalent bonds; and iii) each covalent bond between the linker and the antibody is formed from the reaction between a sulfur atom on the antibody and a functional group on the linker.
