Abstract: The said Contactor based temperature controller consist of temperature indicator, electrcal contactor and electrical oven. This complete setup is used to control the temperature automatically inside the electrical oven.Electrical contactor switch On/Off the oven as per set temperature.
1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
Implementation of Contactor based Temperature Controller for all type of Electrical
Oven.
2. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In earlier version of Electrical Oven an electronic controller is used to On/Off the chamber at
required temperature. Such controller is designed for particular Electrical oven. In case of
any fault such specific type of controllers/Spare parts are not available affecting
serviceability of Oven. Hence, the present invention use contactor based controller in place
of electronic controller.
3. SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION
The present invention is to be considered as illustrative only and is for the purpose of
teaching those skilled in the art of the best mode of carrying out the invention.
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, is applicable for all such type of
auto controlled system.
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, it is cheaper and robust
compared to inbuilt electronic oven controller.
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, it can be used with any such
type of electrical oven.
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, consist of Temperature
Indicator, Electrical Contactor and Electrical Oven.
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, the electrical oven of present
invention consists of a temperature sensor which senses the temperature inside the
oven and sends it to temperature indicator for comparison.

4. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The setup consists of three components i.e Temperature Indicator, Electrical Contactor
and Electrical Oven. The temperature indicator compares the temperature set on the
panel and temperature inside the oven. If the temperature set on the indicator panel is
higher than temperature inside the oven, it energizes the coil of the contactor which
turns the contactor in ON position. The input available on contactor is passes to the
oven, rising the temperature of the oven. The electrical oven consists of a temperature
sensor which senses the temperature inside the oven and sends it to temperature
indicator for comparison.
5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The setup consists of three components i.e Temperature Indicator, Electrical Contactor
and Electrical Oven. The 220 Volt Single phase power is supplied to temperature
indicator. As soon as the power is supplied at the input of Temperature Indicator, the
relay contact switches to Normally Open(NO) or Normally Closed(NC) condition
depending on the value of temperature set on the temperature indicator and value of
temperature inside the oven. In the absence of the power the relay contact remains in
the normal condition.
In the presence of power, the relay of Temperature Indicator switches to NC position
and energizes the coil of the contactor which switches on the electrical oven by passing
the current through contactor.
For operation of electrical oven, switch on the power and set the required temperature
on the temperature indicator. The temperature inside the oven starts rising. Once the
temperature inside oven becomes equal to the set temperature, the relay of the
temperature indicator is shifted to Normally Open (NO) position which stops the current
towards the coil of contactor. In turn, the supply towards the oven through contactor is
also stopped. When the temperature difference develops between set temperature and
temperature inside oven, the relay of indicator switches to Normally Closed (NC) position
and switch ON the oven. In this way, a simple set up automatically controls the
operation of controlling temperature inside oven.

2. The setup as per claim 1, wherein the electrical oven of present invention consists of a temperature sensor which senses the temperature inside the oven and sends it to temperature indicator for comparison.
3. The setup as per claim 1, wherein said arrangement is applicable for all such type of auto controlled system.
