Abstract: Provided is an easily produced control board having a strong cooling effect the control board being provided with: a board housing (7) provided with a door (13) for forming an enclosed space (19) relative to the outside and opening and closing an opening section on a front surface an exhaust outlet (17) being provided at the top; a device unit (11) having a base plate (1) on the back surface and adapted for housing a heat generating device; a partition wall (18) for partitioning the interior of the board housing (7) in the longitudinal direction formed combining a plurality of base plates (1) with each other in the direction in which the base plates extend by mounting a plurality of device units (11) alongside each other with the base plates (1) at the rear; a vertical ventilation path (20) passing in the vertical direction of the board housing (7) at the rear of the base plates (1) and communicating with the exhaust outlet (17) of the board housing (7); a vent (4) causing the front and back of the partition wall (18) in each of the device units (11) to be in communication; and an intake vent (14) provided on on the door (13) in the front surface position of each of the device units (11).
We Claim:
1. A control panel at least comprising:
a panel housing (7) that forms a closed space (19) with respect to the outside and includes an exhaust port (17) in an upper section, and includes an opening section (22) capable of accessing an inside from a front section, and a door (13) opening and closing front surfaces of the opening section (22);
characterized in further comprising:
a partition wall (18) that divides the inside of the panel housing (7) in a front and back direction, which is formed by combining a plurality of device units (11) each of which has base plate (1) in the back surface thereof and store heat generating device (3) so that each of the base plates (1) of the device units (11) becomes in a state of being butted to each other in an extending direction of plate surfaces of the base plates (1) in a predetermined position inside the panel housing (7) by inserting side by side the plurality of device units (11) to the predetermined position from the opening section (22) to a back side of the panel housing (7) in a state where the base plates (1) are in the back side and by installing the device units (11) in a vertical direction at the predetermined position;
a vertical ventilation passage (20) that passes through the panel housing (7) in a vertical direction in the back side of the base plates (1) and communicates with the exhaust port (17) of the panel housing (7);
a ventilation port (4) that communicates with the front and back of the partition wall (18) for each device unit (11); and
an intake port (14) that is provided in the door (13) in a position of the front surface of each device unit (11).
2. A control panel at least comprising:
a panel housing (7) that forms a closed space (19) with respect to the outside and includes an exhaust port (17) in an upper section, and includes opening sections (22) capable of accessing an inside from a front section and a back section, and doors (13) opening and closing front surfaces of the opening sections (22);
characterized in further comprising:
a plurality of partition walls (18) that divide the inside of the panel housing (7) in a front and back direction, each of which is formed by combining a plurality of device units (11) each of which has base plate (1) in the back surface thereof and store heat generating device (3) so that each of the base plates (1) of the device units (11) becomes in a state of being butted to each other in an extending direction of plate surfaces of the base plates (1) in predetermined positions inside the panel housing (7) by inserting side by side the plurality of device units (11) to the predetermined positions from the opening sections (22) to a back side of the panel housing (7) in a state where the base plates (1) are in the back side and by installing the device units (11) in a vertical direction at the predetermined positions;
a vertical ventilation passage (20) between the partition walls (18) that passes through the panel housing (7) in a vertical direction in the back side of the base plates (1) and communicates with the exhaust port (17) of the panel housing (7);
a plurality of ventilation ports (4) each of which communicates with the front and back of each of the corresponding partition wall (18) for each device unit (11); and
a plurality of intake ports (14) each of which is provided in the corresponding door (13) in a position of the front surface of each device unit (11).
3. The control panel as claimed in claim 1 or 2
wherein the ventilation port (4) is provided in the base plate (1) of the device unit (11).
4. The control panel as claimed in claim 3,
wherein an exhaust delivery hood (2) communicating with the ventilation port (4) is provided in an upper section of the heat generating device (3) of the device unit (11).
5. The control panel as claimed in claim 1 or 2,
wherein the exhaust port (17), which communicates with the ventilation port (4) through the vertical ventilation passage (20), of the upper section of the panel housing (7) has an opening section in the front or the back, or in a front and back direction, or the upper section of the panel housing (7).
6. The control panel as claimed in claim 5,
wherein an exhaust fan (15) is provided in the exhaust port (17), which communicates with the ventilation port (4) through the vertical ventilation passage (20), of the upper section of the panel housing (7).
