Abstract: [Problem] To provide a control device that is capable of performing control such that information can be displayed more appropriately and efficiently in accordance with an environment in which the information is to be displayed and a state of the information being displayed. [Solution] The provided control device is equipped with an acquisition unit for acquiring state information said state information being obtained by detecting a state of a projection surface and a generation unit for generating control information on the basis of the state information said control information being used for controlling a lighting unit that outputs illuminating light without displaying of image information.
