These embodiments are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the disclosure, and it is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and that changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The following description is, therefore, not to be taken in a limiting sense.
[0019] The present subject matter is described herein relates to modular cooler assembly. At initial stage, the cooler parts are packed in a box which occupies less space and area.
[0020] Referring to figure 1, the cooler assembly 100 includes cuboidal tank 102, front frame 101, two side pillars 103, 104, cuboidal top cover 105 and side and back grill 106. Figure 1 illustrates the assembled view of the cooler assembly 100.
[0021] Referring to figure 2a, the front frame 101 is assembled over the cuboidal tank 102. The cuboidal tank 102 is open at upper end to receive all parts of the cooler assembly 100. The cuboidal tank 102 has a plurality of female clamps 102a, 102b, 102c, 102d, 102f which are provided on inner surface of side walls. The plurality of female clamps 102-102f are provided proximal to open end of the cuboidal tank 102. The front frame 101 having a plurality of male clamps 101a, 101b, 101c at lower side which are positioned towards the plurality of female clamps 102a, 102b, 102c, 102d, 12f of the cuboidal tank (102) for engagement. Further, a plurality of male clamps 101d is disposed at upper side for engagement with the cuboidal top cover 106. The plurality of male clamps 101a, 101b, 101c, 101d provided on the inner wall surface of said front frame 101. The plurality of male clamps and female clamps are provided on the front frame 101 and the cuboidal tank 102 by heat welding or heat pasting or cold welding or pasting or by molding process. The plurality of male clamps 101a-101d is positioned in line with the plurality of female clamps 102a -102f. After engagement of male clamps of the front frame 101 with the female clamps of the cuboidal tank 102, assembly of the front frame and cuboidal tank 102 is ready as shown in figure 2b. Referring to figure 2b, assembly of the front frame 101 and the cuboidal tank 102 completes approx. 40% of the cooler assembly 100 as the other sub components such as motor, fan blade unit, switches, and knob are already assembled in the front frame 101.
[0022] Referring to figure 2c and 2d, the cooler assembly 100 has a pair of side pillars 103, 104. The pair of side pillars 103, 104 has male clamps 103a, 104a at bottom side towards the cuboidal tank 102. The male clamps 103a, 104a are provided on inner wall surface of said pair of side pillars 103 104. The male clamps 103a, 104a of said pair of pillars 103, 104 engaged with the plurality of female clamps 102d, 12f of the cuboidal tank 102 which are provided at back side. This completes the cooler assembly by 60%.
[0023] Referring to figure 2e, the cuboidal top cover 105 of the cooler assembly 100 has a plurality of female clamps 105a on inner wall surface. The plurality of female clamps 105a engaged with the plurality of male clamps 101d of the front frame 101 at front side and male clamps of the side pillars to form basic cooler structure 200 (refer figure 2f).
[0024] In another embodiment of the present subject matter, to provide tight and sturdy fitment of several parts, screw mounting provisions are also provided. The cuboidal tank 102 has a plurality of screw slots 102g with each engagement part, such as front frame 101, side pillars 103, 104. Each of the plurality of screw slots 102g allows insertion and mounting of screw with the corresponding part. For example, at back side, the screw mounting slot 102g allows mounting of back side of the cuboidal tank 102 and the side pillars via screw mounting. During dis-assembly of the cooler assembly 100, these screws have to be un-mount first before dis-assembling the coupled parts. The screw mounting provides tight mounting between the parts which avoid generation of vibrations and sound.
[0025] After construction of the basic structure 200, the two side grills and one back grill 106 are attached to openings created in the basic cooler structure 200 to form the cooler assembly 100. The side grills and back grills comprises of wire mash structure or honeycomb structure or dried grass. This completes 100% assembly of the cooler assembly 100. The cooler assembly 100 is made of plastic, metal, PVC or a combination thereof. Now when the side and back grills which are all time detachable guided in the basic structure through their provided slots the whole cooler structure assembly is ready and can be operated too.
