Cooling System For Room And Large Area Without Any Gas & Moisture Free Cooling System Without Any Emission Of Cfc’s At Very Low Cost.

Abstract: Abstract:- Dry air cooling System it provides moisture free cool air which is better than a normal desert cooler . This Cooling system does not requires any chemical gas neither release CFC’s . It provides cooling much better like air conditioner , this cooling system takes down temperature up to 20 Degree Celcius , also it does not requires too much electricity like normal air conditioner . I/We are calling this Ucool , it is budget efficient for a middle man , it is designed properly unique because i/we make this cooling system from many dfferent components which are prepared by us . This cooling system divides in 4 diiferent parts listed below:-  1. Mixture Shell:- which is set at top and consists a high speed fan facing downwards & water sprinkling through pipes which is connected through tank at bottom consists water only, and water sprinkle on radiator and pressured down by fan’s air. 2. Radiator :- (a)   It is made up of proper aluminium , here we used aluminium pipes which are set at equally distanced by 2mm and pipes are open from top to bottom which are connect to tank therefore water and air only comes from top to bottom only through these aluminium pipes. (b)   A special motor fan which is set at front of radiator which takes air from back of radiator which is open from back and comes in front by hitting aluminium walls which is set in Zig-Zag form and air comes out which is decreased in temperature upto 20 degree celcius. This is the main output for chill air which is required and it is totally moisture free. 3. Water Tank :- It can consist water as required or made for room or hall size. Currently we are using 3 water pumps in tank to circulate water from down to sprinkles which is set between radiator and top fan . 4. Ducting :- Both sides have Air Ducting to circulate air from down and air output on up side of top fan due to this there creates a loop of air which is decrease after by after regulating from down to up through ducts.

This invention pertains generally to cooling system with no humidity and no exertion of harm full gases it also doesn't harmful health.
Description
named this model as U-Cool , it is a cooling system which provides dry cooled air for room and large halls , this is much better than a desert cooler and also much better than a expensive air conditioner which exerts harm full gases , my model /design doesn't required any gas or chemical and it also moisture free cool air.
It doesn't cost high it costs for a room equal to a good quality of cooler , also it can decrease room temperature up to appx 20 degree Celsius which is equal to normal required temperature in full summer days .
It is also doesn't required too much space for a room it can be appx equal dimensions to a normal room desert cooler .
It is mainly made up of main 4 parts which are listed below:-
• Shell of mixture
• Radiator
• Water tank
• Air ducting
1. Shell of Mixture :- Shell of mixture consists several components which plays a vital role for cooling process.

It consists a fan which facing downwards and speed controlled as required for air pressure towards down & it rotates clockwise. Refer Figure:- (S)
. Now after fan here are sprinklers pipe sets which
provides water drops which are coming from Water tank which is connect at bottom. It provides water drops on aluminum pipes which is radiator of this cooling system. Refer Figure:- (S)
2. Radiator :-(A) It is made up of a aluminum pipes which only passes air and water drops from top to bottom . The area of other than pipes holes is closed by a sheet of metal or other material due to this water drops and air only can travel from inside of these aluminum pipes . These aluminum pipes are equally distanced by 2mm. Now when air pressure hits on water temperature decreases due to this aluminum is a good material for low temperature ,aluminum pipes absorbs temperature . After the continue loop aluminum pipes temperature decreased up to very low less than appx. 20 degree Celsius. Aluminum pipes are arranged in a Zig-Zag form.
(B) Now when aluminum pipes decreased upto 20 degree celcius appx. temperature we starts a motor which is sets at front of the body which creates output of chilled air , it is a special radiator motor . The motor mounted in front is help to pull from back to front out. When air comes by hitting aluminum walls which are in zigzag shape due to this air takes temperature from aluminum walls due to passing from there and motor provides output of chilled and dry air . Refer Figure:- (R)

3:- Water Tank :- It carries water for circulation and receives back water drops out by aluminum pipes , its capacity decides by the usage and cooling area. And here normal water pumps are used for water regulation to sprinklers . Refer Figure:- (T)
4:- Air Ducts :- These are sets on both left and right side due to this one side is opened in tank which is carrying air which is coming from up side and takes that air on fan which is sets on top side it helps to regulate air . Refer Figure:- (D)
So, Here is the all procedure and components explanation which is totally experimented and planned by me and myself , I also researched on this and I found no one is using this type of technology to get cool air for room and large halls.
It is totally moisture free air and harmless cool air ,also there is no disadvantages for health as per my concerned.
It can reduce the usage of harm full air conditioner which are using at very large scale, it is also much cheaper than a air conditioner it can replace desert cooler also.

WE CLAIM:-
1. Combination of these components for producing cool air.
2. Air circulation through ducting for cooling . 3. Zigzag radiator of aluminium pipes and method to decrease temperature.
4. Dry air by cooling system with out using any chemical gases and without any exertion of harmful gases.
5. Cooling by sprinkling and hit by air on water to decrease temperature. 6. Design of cooling system.
