Abstract: CORIOLIS MASS FLOW SENSOR AND CONTROLLER A Coriolis mass flow sensor (1), comprises- a flow sensor tube (16) having first and second ends , and first and second piezoelectric stacks (42) positioned on the respective first and second ends of the flow sensor tope (16), wherein the piezoelectric and reverse piezoelectric effects cause the flow sensor tube (16) to vibrate and sense the twist in the flow sensor tube (16) due to Conolis force.
