Abstract: The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum variant having improved L-lysine production ability and a method for producing L-lysine using same, wherein the variant can increase or enhance the expression of a gene encoding aspartate aminotransferase, and thereby improve the production yield of L-lysine as compared with the parent strain.
