Abstract: A system and method is disclosed to create music on providing input gesture like, but not limited to, tapping, touching or scratching the interiors of vehicle. The music can be created by touching on any interior panels or parts accessories of the vehicle and create preferred music, using transducers, sensors, sound sensors, laser sensors etc. The sensors are placed in interiors of the vehicle. The interiors can be, but not limited to, road vehicle or aircrafts interiors or marine vessels interior panel, parts, metal, thermoplastic, fabric, rubber, seat etc. also, recording and sharing could be done from phone to interface through modes of transfer.

The present invention relates to systems and method for creating music using various gestures as inputfor wholesome experience to unleash & extend the creative side of the user.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART:
This disclosure relates to commuters and music creation in vehicles, and more particularly, to such interfaces which permit a commuters to interact with a new system to create music.
Every person usually spend a lots of time, commuting through cars, bus, trains, aircrafts or water based transportation. Because of long journey, commuters prefer to have entertainment medium like reading, watching and listening. There is not a single way to create, if user wants to create music, then one has to carry music instruments, which is not convenient.
Therefore, the invention creating a new way to entertain commuters to create and record music by using gesture as input in interiors of all vehicles, providing wholesome experience to unleash & extend the creative side of the user.
Therefore, the invention defines a new way to entertain commuters to create music by using gesture as input in interiors of all vehicles.The said system can be applicable to all types of interior / passenger vehicles / aircrafts / cruise ships / Trains / Yachts etc. for entertainment purposes.
PRIOR ART:
US 20170315717 Al discloses a concerns a method to recognize a gesture, namely a physical action, made in direct or indirect contact on a physical object, wherein said method comprises: associating a device using said method in contact with said

physical object; supplying an entrance signal generated by a gesture made in direct or indirect contact on said physical object; segmenting said entrance signal to obtain a group of signal segments and at least one physical value processed from said entrance signal; processing at least a characteristic vector of signal features for each segment of said group of signal segments using said at least one physical value in order to learn metric function between gestures; supplying a specific exit signal correlated to the specific gesture. Further, the present invention concerns also a device to recognize a gesture using said method to recognize a gesture.
US 20110167391 Al discloses methods and systems implement touch sensors or force sensitive materials disposed on the case of a computing device in order to enable user input gestures to be performed on portions of the device case. The force sensitive elements may generate an electrical signal in response to a gesture, such as a tap, squeeze, swipe or twist. The properties of the generated electrical signal may be compared to various reference templates to recognize particular input gestures. The force sensitive elements may operate in conjunction with more traditional input methods, such as touchscreen display and electromechanical buttons. By enabling user input gestures on the case of computing devices, the various aspects permit one hand operation of the devices including intuitive gestures that do not require the users focused attention to accomplish. Thus, the various aspects may enable users to utilize their computing devices in situations not suitable to conventional user input technologies.
US 6720984 Bl discloses method and system for recognizing and characterizing bioelectric potential or electromyographic (EMG) signals associated with at least one of a coarse gesture and a fine gesture that is performed by a person, and use of the bioelectric potentials to enter data and/or commands into an electrical and/or mechanical instrument. As a gesture is performed, bioelectric signals that accompany the gesture are subjected to statistical averaging, within selected time intervals. Hidden Markov model analysis is applied to identify hidden, gesture-related states that are present. A metric is used to compare signals produced by a volitional gesture (not yet identified) with corresponding signals associated with each of a set of reference gestures, and the reference gesture that is "closest" to the volitional gesture is identified. Signals representing the volitional gesture are analyzed and compared

with a database of reference gestures to determine if the volitional gesture is likely to be one of the reference gestures. Electronic and/or mechanical commands needed to vehicle out the gesture may be implemented at an interface to control an instrument. Applications include control of an aircraft, entry of data from a keyboard or other data entry device, and entry of data and commands in extreme environments that interfere with accurate entry.

Thus, in the view of above prior art, the article discloses various sounds has been generated while tapping over it. The present invention is an innovation to the entrainment world to create a new entertainment plus stress relief system that can give a new dimension to the in-vehicle experience over all.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The principal objective of the present invention is to create music while commuting, using gestures as input. More particularly, to create a new entertainment plus stress relief system that can give a new dimension to the in-vehicle experience over all.
Another objective of the present invention is to introduce new interface, for wholesome experience to unleash & extend the creative side of the user.
Yet another objective of the present invention, the gestures as input, may be, but not limited to, tapping, scratching, pat, beat, rub, waving, touching, hand-motion etc.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure to provide a new way to create music from all types of interior, but not limited to, passengers cabin, food tray/ tray table, dashboard, steering, window, door panels, seat, arm rest, center console, parcel tray etc.
Yet another objective of the present invention is to provide the music creation system in any vehicle, but not limited to road vehicle, airliners, and marine vessels.
Yet another feature of the present invention is to screen out NVH.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure is that user can create music of his own choice without having large or any musical instruments.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure is to provide wireless connection via Bluetooth, infrared, sharing apps between the onboard system and mobile, tablet or smart phones.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure is to provide the recoding feature while creating.
Yet another objective of the present invention to provide the feature of sharing the composition on social media platforms.

Yet another objective to the present disclosure is to provide the feature of merging the audio and video shot at the time of playing the music. More particularly, the feature provides adding personal music to existing and favorite tracks. Also, user can add voice to the composition and have karaoke support too.
Yet another objective of the present disclosure is to provide personalized adaptive smart assist feature.
At the outset of the description that follows, it is to be understood that the ensuing description only illustrates a particular form of this invention. However, such a particular form is only an exemplary embodiment and is not intended to be taken restrictively to imply any limitation on the scope of the present invention.

A system and method is disclosed to creating a new way to entertain commuters to create and record music by using gesture as input in interiors of all vehicles, providing wholesome experience to unleash & extend the creative side of the user.
The invention defines a new way to entertain commuters to create music by using gesture as input in interiors of all vehicles. The music can be created by gesture as input on any interior panels or parts accessible of the vehicle and create preferred music, using sensors. The interiors can be, but not limited to, automotive interior panel, parts, metal, thermoplastic, fabric, rubber, seat etc. The said system can be applicable to all types5 passenger vehicles like aircrafts, cruise ships, trains, Yachts etc. for entertainment purposes.

The invention defines a new way to entertain commuters to create music by using gesture as input in interiors of all vehicles. The music can be created by gesture as input on any interior panels or parts accessible of the vehicle and create preferred music, using sensors. The interiors can be, but not limited to, automotive interior panel, parts, metal, thermoplastic, fabric, rubber, seat etc. The said system can be applicable to all types' passenger vehicles like aircrafts, cruise ships, trains, Yachts etc. for entertainment purposes.

Embodiments of the present invention are now explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Also, input gesture covers all the aspect to provide input through, but not limited to, tapping, touching, scratching, pat, waving, hand motion, beat, rub etc.
FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of the functional units of the apparatus of the present embodiment.
According to one aspect of the present invention, the Fig. 1, present assembly for music creation includes piezoelectric transducer (4) is placed under the various interior components (2) of a vehicle. The various interiors (2), may be, but not limited to Dashboard, door panels, seats, center console, steering console, armrest etc. Further, the interiors components of the vehicle include sensor (3) to receive the vibration on tapping anywhere on the interiors.
The sensors may be, but not limited to Accelerometer, Strain Gauge, Velocity Sensor, Gyroscope, Microphone or Pressure, Laser Displacement, Eddy Current or Capacitive Displacement, Vibration Meter, Vibration Data Logger.
The assembly further comprises of a signal processing onboard chip (6) which

converts electric signal into music. The signal processing using onboard chip having a dedicated software for gesture recognition and producing music based on the type of the input.
According to the embodiment, the working principle is revolve around vibration where a sensor is placed under the various interior components, which when provide gesture as input tointeriors anywhere receive the vibration with the help of the sensor which converts the vibration into an electric signal and then it is processed with the help of dedicated software having the capability to identify different type of inputs and will play different sounds assigned to the particular input
Referring to Fig. 1, the invention produces pleasing sounds of various musical instruments on being tapped on any part of the interior of any vehicle for example. When the user provide input through dashboard the system senses the gesture and play the sound sensing the intensity of the tap and will vary the sound and other parameters of sound based on the input gesture.
Further, the invention also recognizes the motion of hands and fingers when moved rhythmically in the air to produce the sound of air operated instruments like, but not limited to, flute, trumpet etc.
The said system can be applicable to all types of interior / passenger vehicles / aircrafts / cruise ships / Trains / Yachts etc. for entertainment purposes.
Use phone as a microphone to add voices to the composition as well and have karaoke support.
In one or more exemplary aspects, the functions described may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof If implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. The processes of a method or algorithm disclosed herein may be embodied in a processor-executable software module executed which may reside on a computer-readable medium. Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media

including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. The media generated could be stored and transfer through Bluetooth and various other data modes.
A storage media may be any available media that may be accessed by a computer. By way of example, and not limitation, such computer-readable media may comprise RAM, ROM, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that may be used to carry or store generated music in the form of instructions.
The foregoing description of the various aspects is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these aspects will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other aspects without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the aspects shown herein, and instead the claims should be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.

CLAIMS
We claim:
1. Method to create music while commuting, using gesture as inputcomprising:
a. a sensor placed in the interiors of the vehicle, to sense the input gesture or motion
on the interiors of the vehicle;
b. sensors to convert vibration into electric signal;
c. a signal processing unit having onboard chip tq gonvert the electrical signal into
musical signal;
e. speakers for music output;
f. recorder;
g. wireless connectivity.
2. The music creation assembly of claim 1, wherein vehicle may be road vehicle, airliner and marine vessels.
3. The music creation assembly of claim 1, wherein input gesture may be, but not limited to tapping, scratching, waving, pat, beat, rub, touch, hand-motion etc.
4. The music creationassembly of claim 1, wherein torecognize the motion of hands and fingers when moved rhythmically in the air to produce the sound of wind musical instruments like flute, trumpet etc.
5. The music creation assembly of claim 1, wherein the processing unit provides adaptive personalized smart assist feature.
