Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION: A Crystal infused and energised portable drinking water bottle made of borosilicate glass, wherein the drinking water filled in the bottle is energised by exposing it directly to the energies of the crystal. This portable drinking water bottle includes a six sided crystal wand with a pointed top and a flat base attached to a stainless steel seat by four stainless steel wires that are screwed on the stainless steel elevated platform of the bottom covering lid, such that the crystal wand is in direct contact with the drinking water when filled in the bottle.
DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The given invention relates to a portable drinking water bottle, infused and energised with different types of naturally occurring crystals, to energise the drinking water filled in the water bottle.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Water is a key ingredient of our life energy. There are various products available that allow purification of water to make it potable. But there is a dearth of portable products available in the markets that allow energising of drinking water.
Ilse Truter in his article “Crystal Healing and Gem Therapy – Using energy vibrations to heal and harmonise” in the SA Pharmaceutical Journal – September 2006 has stated that ‘…Crystals have been used to energise water by people who believe in the vibration therapy and crystal healing since the ancient times…’ But this practice has limited applications due to various factors like the size of independent crystals, nature of raw crystals, size of the water container, issues with portability of the heavy crystals to name a few.
Korotkov KG, Churganov OA, Gavrilova EA, Belodedova MA, Korotkova AK in their article “Influence of drinking structured water to human psychophysiology” (J Appl Biotechnol Bioeng. 2019;6(4):171-177) have stated that ‘… structured water contributes to the reduction of body fat mass, improvement of water-salt metabolism, improvement of kidney excretory function, reduction of endogenous intoxication of the body, increase of adaptive and stress-response and reserve capacity of the body even in adverse seasonal, climatic and epidemiological period….’
Kristine D. Carlos in her thesis “Crystal Healing Practices in the Western World and Beyond” (University of Central Florida, 2018) has concluded that ‘… Although the culture of crystal and spiritual healing is an ancient practice, it is being recycled in a way where the rules and rituals are shared from across cultures, bringing together a new group of spiritualists.’
PRIOR ART:
US20050196494A1: Drinking water containing Gemstones and Crystals:
A water bottle including gemstones or crystals provided with retention elements to prevent escape of the gemstones or crystals during pouring or consumption of the water.
US2019/0152800A1: Chakra Crystal Water:

There is abundant literature on the contribution to the healing and therapeutic uses of structured and energised water. There is a lack of functional and usable products/ tools that can enrich both physical and spiritual life energies of drinking water on exposure to crystal energies. Crystal Infused and Energised Water Bottles are invented to solve this limitation and thereby help in energising the drinking water filled in the invented water bottle by harnessing crystal energies to promote physical and spiritual wellness of the individual drinking the energised water.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The invention is a portable water bottle infused and energised with various Crystal Wands. The invented product offers a fully functional and conveniently usable water bottle infused and energised with crystals.

(vi) Size and Shape of the Bottle:
Bottle height: 9.5 inches
Crystal wand height: 3.5 inches
Bottle diameter: 2.5 inches
A proportion of 1:3 with respect to the size of the Crystal wand and the capacity of the bottle is used in this designed product, as it works best to energise the water. Proportionately larger bottles or drums with proportionate size of the Crystal Wands can be used to produce energised drinking water in larger quantities.
The shape and size of the Crystal Wands can also vary, as long as the crystal is cut or carved to any shape that fits on to the stainless steel seat, which can be fixed to close on the bottom lid of the bottle, such that the crystal is exposed to be in direct contact with the drinking water in the bottle.
CRYSTAL WANDS:
The setting of the Crystal Wand as described above allows the drinking water filled in the bottle to be in direct contact with the crystal in the bottle. Crystals sourced are naturally occurring and are cut and polished to the required size to make the Wands. Since the Crystal Wand comes in direct contact with the water to be energised, the following six crystal options are selected based on their known healing properties:
a) Rose Quartz Crystal – The Love Stone
A Rose Quartz Crystal is linked with Compassion and unconditional Love. It also helps in understanding situations from more positive perspectives and thus helps in Forgiveness.
b) Clear Quartz Crystal – The Wisdom Stone
A Clear Quartz Crystal helps control how we think and perceive situations by giving Clarity and facilitates open Communication. It allows energy to flow smoothly throughout the body, thus being an Energy Amplifier.
c) Smoky Quartz Crystal – The Detox Stone
A Smoky Quartz Crystal brings Positivity. It clears and purifies the environment and gives environmental Protection. It works as our spiritual satellite that connects us with our spiritual energies, making it one of the best stones for Grounding and Balancing.
d) Amethyst Crystal – The Manifestation Stone
An Amethyst Crystal brings Spiritual Transcendence and Contentment. It stimulates cognitive perception and Consciousness and helps developing Intuitive and Psychic ability.
e) Citrine Crystal – The Abundance Stone
A Citrine Crystal attracts wealth and Prosperity. Its frequencies motivate perseverance, increasing your personal power, self-confidence and thus Creativity. Citrine stimulates digestion, thereby alleviating Physical Energy.
f) Obsidian Crystal – The Mirror Stone
The Obsidian crystal assists in Self-Reflection by examining unresolved issues and harmful attitudes, thereby assisting in one’s personal and spiritual Growth. It also carries the inherent frequency of protection by removing negative energetic attachments, hooks and cords, thus Detoxing and eliminating Negativity within the self and one’s environment.
THE CRYSTAL CLEANSING AND CHARGING RITUAL:
The drinking water when kept in direct contact or close proximity of the crystals is referred to as a Crystal Welixir. Crystal Welixir is a Spiritual Nutrition for mind, body and soul. The natural energy of the crystal is used to energise the drinking water with high vibration and spiritual energies of the crystal kept in direct contact or close proximity of the drinking water to make the Crystal Welixir.
A. CLEANSE: Place the crystal wand under running water for a few minutes to cleanse its former energies.
B. CHARGE: Charge the crystal with an intention that one wishes to manifest – ideally on a full moon night.
C. CONSUME: Fill the bottle with water and wait for a few minutes before the Crystal Welixir can be enjoyed effectively.
