DESC:TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The given invention relates to a portable drinking water bottle, infused and energised with different types of naturally occurring crystals, to energise the drinking water filled in the water bottle.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Water is a key ingredient of our life energy. There are various products available that allow purification of water to make it potable. But there is a dearth of portable products available in the markets that allow energising of drinking water.

Ilse Truter in his article “Crystal Healing and Gem Therapy – Using energy vibrations to heal and harmonise” in the SA Pharmaceutical Journal – September 2006 has stated that ‘…Crystals have been used to energise water by people who believe in the vibration therapy and crystal healing since the ancient times…’ But this practice has limited applications due to various factors like the size of independent crystals, nature of raw crystals, size of the water container, issues with portability of the heavy crystals to name a few.

Korotkov KG, Churganov OA, Gavrilova EA, Belodedova MA, Korotkova AK in their article “Influence of drinking structured water to human psychophysiology” (J Appl Biotechnol Bioeng. 2019;6(4):171-177) have stated that ‘… structured water contributes to the reduction of body fat mass, improvement of water-salt metabolism, improvement of kidney excretory function, reduction of endogenous intoxication of the body, increase of adaptive and stress-response and reserve capacity of the body even in adverse seasonal, climatic and epidemiological period….’

Kristine D. Carlos in her thesis “Crystal Healing Practices in the Western World and Beyond” (University of Central Florida, 2018) has concluded that ‘… Although the culture of crystal and spiritual healing is an ancient practice, it is being recycled in a way where the rules and rituals are shared from across cultures, bringing together a new group of spiritualists.’

There is abundant literature on the contribution to the healing and therapeutic uses of structured and energised water. There is a lack of functional and usable products/ tools that can enrich both physical and spiritual life energies of drinking water on exposure to crystal energies. Crystal Infused and Energised Water Bottles are invented to solve this limitation and thereby help in energising the drinking water filled in the invented water bottle by harnessing crystal energies to promote physical and spiritual wellness of the individual drinking the energised water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The invention is a portable drinking water bottle with two unequal compartments, where the drinking water in the upper compartment is in close proximity to a Bed of various crystal combinations filled in its lower compartment. The invented product offers a fully functional and conveniently usable drinking water bottle infused and energised with crystals. The invention also has a removable Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory which can be inserted into the drinking water bottle when required.

DESIGN OF THE INVENTION:
The Design of the invented Product has been applied for Registration by the Design Application Number: 322886-001 on the 23rdof October 2019 under the Proprietorship of the Applicant, ‘M/s Tanvi Bhatt International LLP’, as a ‘Water Bottle’. The same has been registered by the Notification dated 9th July 2021 and the Status is in force upto 23rd October 2029.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PORTABLE DRINKING WATER BOTTLE:
(i) Side View of the Bottle:
(Based on Drawing A – Sheet 1 of 5)
a) The body of the water bottle is made of borosilicate glass and is hollow and cylindrical (2), and has a glass wall separating the bottle in two unequal compartments (2A) and (2B).
b) The longer compartment towards the top (2A) is used as the water compartment. The smaller compartment towards the bottom (2B) is used as the compartment to fill crystals.
c) The glass bottle is open from both the upper end (2C) and the lower end (2D) and is grooved on the outside at the respective edges.
d) The top covering lid (1) is made of stainless steel with an inner lining with grooves made of food grade plastic, and this lid (1) fits onto the upper end of the bottle (2C) to close the upper end of the cylindrical body. There is a removable Silicone ring on the inside of the lid to prevent water spillage.
e) The bottom covering lid (3) is made of stainless steel with an inner lining with grooves made of food grade plastic. This lid (3) fits onto the lower end of the bottle (2D) to close the lower end of the cylindrical body.
f) Below the bottom lid (3), a circular rubber support patch (3A) is attached for giving a non-slippery grip to the bottle when kept on any surface.
g) The inside of the bottom lid (3) has an elevated Stainless steel core, allowing the silicone circular ring to fit around it. This removable silicone ring around the core is provided to prevent water spillage.
h) Small sized crystal stones are filled in the lower compartment (2B) of the bottle and closed with the bottom covering lid (3).
i) The crystal stones may be of a single variety or a combination of different crystals, as detailed subsequently.
j) This setting of the water bottle allows the drinking water filled in the bottle to be in close proximity with the crystals in the bottle.
k) The Stainless Steel filter and Infuser Accessory unit (4) is a removable accessory, which can be inserted from the upper end of the glass bottle (2C) and anchored at the neck of the bottle with the help of the bottle’s internal curved rim. The Description and Functions of this unit are explained in greater detail subsequently.

a) The Top Lid (1) from Drawing A made of Stainless Steel is seen here as the Circle in the centre (4).
b) The Stainless Steel Top Lid has a removable Silicone ring (5) on the inside which is provided to prevent water leakage, as described above.

a) The Circular Rubber Patch (3A) from Drawing A, seen here as (8) is attached to the outside of the Bottom Lid (3) of Drawing A, to give a non-slippery grip to the bottle, when kept on any surface.

Bottle Height: 10 inches
Crystal Glass chamber height: 2.5 inches
Bottle diameter: 2.5 inches
A proportion of 1:4 with respect to the size of the lower compartment (2B) with Crystals and the upper compartment (2A) filled with drinking water, of the bottle is used to energise the water. Proportionately larger bottles or drums with proportionate size of the Crystal compartment can be used to produce energised drinking water in larger quantities.

DESCRIPTION OF THE STAINLESS STEEL FILTER AND INFUSER ACCESSORY OF THE CRYSTAL INFUSED AND ENERGISED PORTABLE DRINKING WATER BOTTLE:

a) The Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory of this Drinking Water Bottle is an assembly of two parts – The Stainless Steel Filter (1) and the Stainless Steel Infuser (2).
b) The Stainless Steel Filter (1) has a flexible Stainless Steel Handle (1A), which gives a holding grip to the whole accessory unit.
c) The Stainless Steel Filter (1) is hollow and open from the top end (1B). This Stainless Steel Filter (1) is grooved from the outside at the bottom end (1C).
d) This Stainless Steel Filter (1) has a Stainless Steel filtration plate at the base (1D).
e) The Stainless Steel Infuser (2) is hollow and open from the top end (2A), which is grooved from the inside. This top end (2A) of the Stainless Steel Infuser can be attached to the Stainless Steel Filter (1) by twisting it to close on the grooved section (1C) of the Stainless Steel Filter (1).
f) The Stainless Steel infuser (2) is perforated across its circumferential body to allow the contents of this section to infuse itself in the drinking water filled in the upper compartment of the drinking water bottle as shown in Diagram A above.
g) The Stainless Steel Infuser (2) is closed at the base by a Stainless Steel perforated plate (2B).
h) This Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory is inserted from the top opening of the glass bottle (2C) of Drawing A, and is anchored at the neck of the bottle with the help of the bottle’s internal curved rim.
i) The Stainless Steel Filter (1) can also be used independently without the Stainless Steel Infuser (2) attached to it.
j) The Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser accessory unit (4) can be used for infusing the drinking water filled in the glass bottle with Herbal Teas, Fruits or Herbs. The material to be infused can be filled up in the Stainless Steel infuser and then the infuser is attached to the stainless steel filter. This assembled accessory unit (4) can be then inserted into the bottle filled with drinking water from the top of the bottle.
k) Alternately, Fruits or Herbs can be added to the drinking water in the bottle. Then only the Stainless Steel filter can be used without the infuser from the accessory unit.
l) The drinking water in the bottle can be thus be infused with the Herbal Teas, Fruits or Herbs, besides being energised by the crystals in the lower compartment, by the use of the Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory Unit (4).
m) If no additional infusions are to be added, this unit (4) is completely removable from the bottle.

CRYSTALS IN THE LOWER COMPARTMENT:
The setting of the Crystals inside the Lower Compartment allows the drinking water filled in the bottle to be in close proximity of the crystals in the bottle. Crystals sourced are naturally occurring and are cut and polished to the required size to be put in the lower Crystal compartment. Since the Crystals do not come in direct contact with the water to be energised, the following 24 individual crystal varieties are selected based on their known healing properties:
a) Rose Quartz Crystal – The Love Stone:
A Rose Quartz Crystal is linked with Compassion and unconditional Love. It also helps in understanding situations from more positive perspectives and thus helps in Forgiveness.
b) Clear Quartz Crystal – The Wisdom Stone:

THE CRYSTAL CLEANSING AND CHARGING RITUAL:
The drinking water when kept in direct contact or in close proximity of the crystals is referred to as a Crystal Welixir. SOMA Welixir is a Spiritual Nutrition for mind, body and soul. The natural energy of the crystal is used to energise the drinking water with high vibration and spiritual energies of the crystal kept in direct contact or in close proximity of the drinking water to make the Crystal Welixir.
A. CLEANSE: Place the crystals under running water for a few minutes to cleanse its former energies.
B. CHARGE: Charge the crystals with an intention that one wishes to manifest – ideally on a full moon night.
C. CONSUME: Fill the bottle with water and wait for a few minutes before the Crystal Welixir is enjoyed.
,CLAIMS:We Claim,
1. A Crystal infused and energised portable drinking water bottle made of borosilicate glass, with two unequal compartments, wherein the smaller lower compartment is filled with crystals, so that the water in the upper compartment is in close proximity of the crystals, and is energised by the properties of the crystals.
2. The Water Bottle as claimed in Claim 1 has a hollow cylindrical body with grooves on the outside at the two open ends, where the top and bottom stainless steel lids fit in to close the two ends of the hollow cylinder of the bottle.
3. The top lid as claimed in Claim 2 is made of stainless steel with an internal lining with grooves made of food grade plastic surrounded by a removable silicone ring, which is provided to prevent water leakage.
4. The bottom lid as claimed in Claim 2 is made of stainless steel with an internal lining with grooves made of food grade plastic and an elevated platform surrounded by a removable silicone ring, which is provided to prevent water leakage; and a rubber patch on the outside base for a no-slip grip of the bottle when kept on any surface.
5. The Crystal pieces filled in the lower compartment of the bottle as claimed in Claim 1 has twenty-four available naturally occurring crystals namely a) Rose Quartz, b) Clear Quartz, c) Smoky Quartz, d) Amethyst, e) Citrine and f) Obsidian, g) Tiger’s Eye, h) Green Aventurine, i) Green Fluorite, j) Lapis Lazuli, k) Red Agate, l) Red Jasper, m) Black Onyx, n) Yellow Jasper, o) Carnelian, p) Jade, q) Amazonite, r) Angelite, s) Turquoise, t) Aquamarine, u) Labradorite, v) Moonstone, w) Black Tourmaline, and x) Garnet, each with different healing properties.
6. The Crystal pieces as described in Claim 5 can be of a single variety in the lower glass compartment, or in different combinations of the above Crystals based on Holistic Wellness, the Seven Chakras or the twelve Zodiac Signs.
7. The dimension of the Lower compartment as compared to the Upper compartment as claimed in Claim 1 is in proportion of 1:4. Proportionately larger bottles or drums with proportionate compartments for the crystals can be used to produce energised drinking water in larger quantities.
8. A Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory, which is an assembly of a Stainless Steel Filter and a Stainless Steel Infuser, can be inserted from the top end of the portable drinking water bottle claimed in Claim 1.
9. The Stainless Steel Filter as claimed in Claim 8 is hollow and open from the top and has a Stainless Steel filtration plate at its base, and a Stainless Steel handle on the top to grip the entire accessory unit.
10. The Stainless Steel Filter as claimed in Claim 8 is hollow and grooved from the outside at the lower end, and the Stainless Steel Infuser as claimed in Claim 8 is grooved from the inside at the top end.
11. The Stainless Steel Infuser as Claimed in Claim 8 has a circumferentially perforated body and a Stainless steel perforated plate at the bottom end.
12. The Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser Accessory as Claimed in Claim 8 can be inserted in to the portable drinking water bottle as claimed in Claim 1, from its top end, either as a Stainless Steel Filter and Infuser assembly, or as only the Stainless Steel Filter without the Infuser.
