Abstract: Disclosed are a cylindrical battery cell, and a battery pack and vehicle including same. The cylindrical battery cell comprises: a jelly roll-type electrode assembly having a structure in which sheet-shaped first and second electrode plates and a separator interposed therebetween are wound in the same direction; a battery can electrically connected to the second electrode plate and having an open portion in which the electrode assembly is accommodated and a partially closed portion on the opposite side therefrom; a current collector plate electrically connected to a first uncoated portion; a cell terminal connected to the current collector plate through a through hole in the closed portion of the battery can; and an insulator interposed between the battery can and the current collector plate.
