Dampers For Battery Module Assemblies
Abstract: ABSTRACT DAMPERS FOR BATTERY MODULE ASSEMBLIES A battery module assembly (100) includes one or more cell stacks (102) comprising a plurality of cells (308), a casing (104), and a plurality of 5 dampers (316). The casing (104) accommodates the one or more cell stacks (102) and includes a casing member (202, 204). Each damper (316) is attachable to the casing member (202, 204) and is mountable on the one or more cell stacks (102). The plurality of dampers (316) is to prevent motion of the one or more cell stacks (102) on a lengthwise (L), widthwise (W), and 10 heightwise (H) direction of the battery module assembly (100). The plurality of dampers (316) is to absorb vibration and shock load on the battery module assembly (100).
