Abstract: A damping force generation mechanism (190) has an urging force generation member (91) that is a bottomed cylinder that generates urging force in a valve closing direction at a first damping force generation member (203) that is arranged on an opening (145) side thereof, a regulation member (18) that is provided on a bottom part (92) side of the urging force generation member (91) and has passages (43, 44) that allow a one-side chamber to communicate with an other-side chamber (20) formed therein, a frequency response mechanism (191) that is provided between the regulation member (18) and the first damping force generation member (203) such that a mobile part (171) can move and the urging force can vary, and a seat formation member (205) that is provided on the opening (145) side of the urging force generation member (91) and has a seat (233) that seats the first damping force generation member (203) formed thereat.
