Abstract: A data creation device (101) transmits communication data destined for a data receiving device (105) from a transmitter and a monitoring device (103) receives the communication data. The monitoring device (103) requests that the data creation device (101) retransmit communication data and the data creation device (101) retransmits the communication data from a retransmitter that is different from the transmitter. The monitoring device (103) receives the retransmission data retransmitted from the retransmitter and compares the communication data with the retransmission data. If the communication data and the retransmission data match then the monitoring device (103) transmits the communication data to the data receiving device (105). If the communication data and the retransmission data do not match the monitoring device (103) transmits a message informing the data creation device (101) that the communication data and retransmission data do not match.
