Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an cost effective, portable and easy to use apparatus for lemon juice processing machine. The process of making a lime juice is totally manual and takes a lot of efforts to make it perfect. Now days there are various machines which are used to make coffee, juices, shakes, sodas etc. The present invention provides the first automated lemon juice processing machine. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 shows the diagram for lemon juice processing apparatus, Figure 2 of sheet 1 shows the diagram for Shaft, Figure 3 of sheet 1 shows the diagram for Tap, Figure 4 of sheet 2 shows the diagram for Electric motor and Figure 5 of sheet 2 shows the diagram of Filter.

We claim

1. A cost effective, portable and easy to use apparatus for lemon juice processing capable to obtain the quantity of maximum 5 liters and minimum 1 litre of lemon juice in a single operation of the apparatus mainly comprising of two units namely Upper pressing unit and Lower pressing unit and the components of apparatus are stainless steel shafts, Tap, AC single phase electric motor with power of 0.5 Hp and filters.

2. The lemon juice processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1 comprises of the two units namely Upper pressing unit and Lower pressing unit wherein:
a) the upper pressing unit consists of two units made up of stainless steel material and having dimensions of diameter: 122 mm, Width: 50 mm while the grove is 45 mm;
b) lower pressing unit consists of two units made up of stainless steel material and having dimensions of diameter: 300 mm while the dome diameter is 43 mm.

3. Shaft of the device as claimed in claim 1 consists of four units to mix the lemon juice with the water, sugar and salt in order to get the proper mixture and made of stainless steel having dimension diameter of 12 mm and length of 305 mm.

4. The electric motor used in the lemon juice processor as claimed in claim is AC single phase with the power of 0.5 HP and the speed of the motor is 1425 rpm.

5. In the device as claimed in claim 1;
• Firstly put the lemon in the hopper provided in the processor.
• Due to gravity lemons will automatically get into the groove of the upper roller.
• Then the lemon cutting mechanism starts, the lemon will get cut into two pieces with the help of cutting blade and pressed with the help of upper and lower pressing unit.
• Filter will remove seeds and other waste material & pure lemon juice is collected in the container after the extraction.
• After the required quantity is achieved lemon cutting mechanism will stop & all the lemon juice is poured to the refrigerated container.
• Refrigerated container is filled with filtered water, then salt & sugar is added.
• Shaft in the container will mix all the mixture & chilled fresh lemon juice is ready.

4. DESCRIPTION

Technical field of invention:
The present invention relates to the field of apparatus for fruit juice processing. More particularly relates to the systems and methods for apparatus for lemon juice integration processing methods.

Prior art:
The health benefits of lemon include its use as a treatment of throat infections, indigestion, constipation, dental problems, and fever, internal bleeding, rheumatism, burns, obesity, respiratory disorders, cholera and high blood pressure, while it also benefits hair and skin care,. Known for its therapeutic property since generations, lemon helps to strengthen your immune system, cleanse your stomach, and it is considered a blood purifier.

The health benefits of lemons are due to its many nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B, phosphorous, proteins, and carbohydrates. Lemon is a fruit that contains flavonoids, which are composites that contain antioxidant and cancer fighting properties. It helps to prevent diabetes, constipation, high blood pressure, fever, indigestion and many other problems, as well as improving the skin, hair, and teeth. Studies conducted at the American Urological Association highlight the fact that lemonade or lemon juice can eliminate the occurrence of kidney stones by forming urinary citrate, which prevents the formation of crystals.

Lemon juice, especially, has several health benefits associated with it. It is well known as a useful treatment for kidney stones, reducing strokes and lowering body temperature. As a refreshing drink, lemonade helps you to stay calm and cool. Lemon fruit juice content: 35% 45%, citric acid content of 6% 7%, fructose 6Brix 8Brix, also rich in flavonoids, vitamin family; Vc, Vb, Vp, pectin and other human health active ingredients required, its content is much higher than all kinds of citrus juice.

Lemon fruit juice is one of the world's drinking water has medicinal value, which is rich in vitamin C, citric acid, malic acid, high levels of potassium and low levels of sodium and other elements, the human body is very useful. It also has to prevent colds, stimulate haematopoiesis, cancer and cosmetic effects. Lemon various components contained, in addition to providing nutrients, but also promote the secretion of proteolytic enzymes in the stomach, Zeng plus the stomach and intestines to help digest the absorption of calcium and other elements. In addition, Lemon also has a cosmetic effect to prevent and eliminate skin pigmentation, leaving skin smooth and soft.

Among those known types of juice extracting machines, it should be cited a very conventional one comprising a vertically arranged electrical motor, at the end thereof a conical member is attached and against which half of any citric fruit is manually compressed. Said motor is housed inside a body generally made of plastic or metal whose top portion includes a receptacle for collecting the juice extracted by the conical member.

The above mentioned kind of extracting machine has dimensions in conformity with specific purposes, such as for domestic use, or for industrial or commercial use. In the case of the first modality of use, it is called a fruit squeezer.
Nevertheless, there are other more sophisticated models intended to process fruit in a mechanical and automatic way, such as disclosed by Patent PI 9005883 for `JUICE EXTRACTING MACHINE` comprising basically a support structure inside which there is suitably arranged a drive unit engaged with a motor reducer assembly sealingly closed in its inner part. The respective axes of said assembly are horizontal to a front face of said basic support structure and are encased with corresponding upper cylindrical and lower prismatic heads; said upper cylindrical heads including concave recesses, while said lower prismatic heads include semi-spherical heads. A cutting blade is mounted between said upper cylindrical heads. Within said upper cylindrical and lower prismatic heads, there is a front cover which is transparent and includes lateral openings, said transparent cover defining a juice extracting chamber.

Despite of the efficiency proven by the machines discussed in the prior art, it is noted the existence of some points to be improved mainly with respect to the improper filtration of lime juice, to reduce human efforts and time consumption. Thus the present invention overcomes the above stated problems.

Object:

1. The primary object of the present invention is to provide systems and methods for cost effective, portable and easy to use apparatus for lemon juice processing machine.

2. Other object of the present invention resides on the fact of providing an improved juice extracting machine having an outline different from the known types.

3. Another object of the present invention resides on the fact of providing the safe method, automatic refrigerating and reduced human efforts in processing the fresh lemon juice.

4. Another object of the present invention is to avoid the improper filtration of lime juice, improper addition of salt & sugar contents and chances of adding adulterated ice.

5. Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a quantity of maximum 5 liters and minimum 1 liter of lemon juice in a single operation of the apparatus.

6. It is a further objective of the present invention to provide a lemon juice extracting machine showing a better accommodation for the fruits to be processed thereby improving its functionality.

Other objects, features and advantages will become apparent from detail description and appended claims to those skilled in art.

STATEMENT:
Accordingly following invention relates to systems and methods for cost effective, portable and easy to use apparatus for lemon juice processing. The present invention provides for simple lime juice making machine. The basic idea regarding lime juice making machine is to obtain fresh and pure lime juice with high quantity and great quality with less efforts, high quality output. It is a safe process and there is no chance of accident. The quantity of maximum 5 liters and minimum 1 litre of lemon juice can be obtained in a single operation of the apparatus. Lemon juice can be preserved for long time due to high quality refrigeration. Further this machine can be used by the caterers, food processing industries and can be used as household appliance also. The apparatus mainly comprises of the two units namely Upper pressing unit and Lower pressing unit. The components of apparatus are stainless steel shafts, Tap, AC single phase electric motor with power of 0.5 Hp and filters.

In order that the manner in which the above-cited and other advantages and objects of the invention are obtained, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be referred, which are illustrated in the appended drawing. Understanding that these drawing depict only typical embodiment of the invention and therefore not to be considered limiting on its scope, the invention will be described with additional specificity and details through the use of the accompanying drawing.

Detailed description:
The present invention relates to an cost effective, portable and easy to use apparatus for lemon juice processing machine. Lemon juice making machine like other machines reduces human effort and helps in time consumption. Automatic chilling is one of the main features of this lemon juice maker. It is a compact as well as easy to operate. Time which the lime juice making machine saves is remarkable. It will help small and large scale juice corners to make lime juice without efforts. It is electricity operated and further modified into solar operated machine. It is a compact device used for domestic as well as commercialized use.

In the embodiment of the present invention the lemon juice processing apparatus comprises of the two units namely Upper pressing unit and Lower pressing unit.

One of the embodiments of the present invention relates to the upper pressing unit. There are two such units in the apparatus. These units are made up of stainless steel material. The dimensions of this unit are diameter: 122 mm, Width: 50 mm while the grove is 45 mm.

Another embodiment of the present invention relates to lower pressing unit. There are two such units in the apparatus. These units are made up of stainless steel material. The dimensions of this unit are total diameter: 300 mm while the dome diameter is 43 mm.

Another embodiment of the present invention relates to the Shaft. There are four units of the shafts used in the apparatus. The purpose of this shaft is to mix the lemon juice with the water, sugar and salt in order to get the proper mixture. The material used here is stainless steel. The dimension of the shaft is diameter of 12 mm and length of 305 mm.

Another embodiment of the present invention relates to the electric motor used in the lemon juice processor. It is AC single phase with the power of 0.5 HP. The speed of the motor is 1425 rpm.

Yet another embodiment of the present invention relates to the tap and filters which are used in 1 and 3 units respectively. The main purpose of the tap is to provide an outlet of the apparatus to get the juice while the filters act to eliminate all the extracted residues.

Best method of performance of the invention:
• Firstly put the lemon in the hopper provided in the processor.
• Due to gravity lemons will automatically get into the groove of the upper roller.
• Then the lemon cutting mechanism starts, the lemon will get cut into two pieces with the help of cutting blade and pressed with the help of upper and lower pressing unit.
• Filter will remove seeds and other waste material & pure lemon juice is collected in the container after the extraction.
• After the required quantity is achieved lemon cutting mechanism will stop & all the lemon juice is poured to the refrigerated container.
• Refrigerated container is filled with filtered water, then salt & sugar is added.
• Shaft in the container will mix all the mixture & chilled fresh lemon juice is ready.

Additional advantages and modification will readily occur to those skilled in art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspect is not limited to specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general invention concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
