Abstract: ABSTRACT Design of Automatic Time Table Generator This invention is related to the field of electronics. Time table preparation will take much more time and also lot of clashes between classes and staff members while preparing time table manually. The aim of this research work is to prepare time table in easiest way in short time period without any clashes and less effort. Through this design, staff members can give input information to the tool as per requirement of schedule the classes. And it will generate the time table for classes, labs and for staff members separately. The final outcome of the tool can be in prescribed format.

We Claim :
1. An automatic time table generator design, comprising:
obtaining different inputs such as number of subjects, teachers, and workload of teacher, semester and priority of subjects ;
and generating time tables required for working days of the week by relying on these inputs by optimal use of all resources is made in a way and wherein Program coding is done using .Net Programming Codes.

Generally, time table preparation will take much more time and also lot of clashes between classes and staff members while preparing time table manually. The aim of this research work is to prepare time table in easiest way in short time period without any clashes and less effort. Through this design, staff members can give input information to the tool as per requirement of schedule the classes. And it will generate the time table for classes, labs and for staff members separately. The final outcome of the tool can be in prescribed format.
Introduction: In every school, colleges and academic institutions, the first work started in the Academic Year is preparation of Time Table for Students, Staff Members, Classes and Labs. This is very tough to prepare a time table without any clashes. While preparing time table, lot of conditions are applying such as no clashes between two subjects, same subject should not be in continuously, students do not get boring, and every staff members have to take classes in random way, etc. So, preparation of time table is not easiest. This design will be very useful for preparing time table in easiest way and satisfying all the conditions apply. In this work, SQL database is used to save the information’s. By using .net programming code, the format is creating and as per our requirement, it can be designed.
Proposed Design: The value of information given was high, but the investigation was limited. System information has really changed the manner smart schemes are used in day to day lives, and in the years to come we will recognize how all of our behavior get incorporated. Preparation of time table is a very tough work for academicians since it engages time and man power. Time table gets generated automatically using this designed program. This work will assist to produce it automatically also assists for time saving. It will avoid the difficulty of setting and managing Timetable physically. This design will take different inputs such as number of subjects, teachers, and workload of teacher, semester and priority of subject. It will generate time tables required for working days of the week by relying on these inputs for teaching faculty. Optimal use of all resources is made in a way and integrated that best suits the constraints.
Summary: This work is developed in such a manner that it will assist to generate time table in short time period using design automation process. Program coding is done using .Net Programming Codes. By using this design, the time table will be generated quickly and automatically. This design will help to create a time table without any tension.
