Design Of Test Stand For Testing Leakage Of Actuator Bypass Valve

Abstract: Abstract Design of Test Stand 100 for testing leakage of Actuator Bypass valve is an invention in the field of Mechanical engineering, particularly in the field of design of Hydraulic Test stand.Test stand A can check three bypass valve installed in three Manifold 1.0 as shown in Fig 1. respectively for the leakage prior to assembly on the Actuators with the help of Directional Control Valve 8. Directional Control valve D regulates pressure in Bypass valves. This setup helps, in checking of the 3 bypass valves together without any heed of changing the hydraulic connections.. The test stand is fabricated through an aluminum sheet on which different components viz. Pressure gauges, Shut off valve, Direction control valve and Hydraulic circuitries are mounted.
