Specification

[001] This invention is directed to detachable stone based grinder for simultaneous dry and wet grinding with ease of cleanability. The invention can be particularly used for kitchen without restricting scope of the invention to the same.
BACKGROUND/PRIOR ART OF INVENTION
[002] Grinders have been in existence in market in different forms. The most popular MG Mixer Grinder is an appliance found in almost every kitchen or household. It uses blade for cutting at very high RPM which is not fundamentally grinding and producing a low-quality output because of the heat generated at high RPM. Wet and Dry grinders using abrasive are also available but exists as two independent products in the market. Hence, two different grinders were required for achieving the desired dry and wet grinding, and is thereby cost inclusive. [003] Now, reference may be made to the following patents:-[004] Publication No. WO2015056275 A1 discloses an improved weight less wet/dry grinder for efficient grinding of both wet food stuffs such as, rice, grains etc and dry food stuff such as, nuts, beans, coconut etc. The system includes at least two rollers made of sustainable food grade material that rotate about a vertical axis, and which causes the feed material to be flung outwardly towards a base made of sustainable food grade material. The roller and base of the wet/dry grinder can be of various profile shapes. A drum made of plastic material (food grade plastic material) having integrated handle inside which the rollers and

base are positioned and rotated for grinding the material (e.g., wet/dry material). A direct drive mechanism for directly connecting the grinding mechanism with an electric motor for providing efficient and direct driving force with respect to the grinding mechanism. An automatic water dispensing mechanism for dispensing the liquid (water) based on the batter consistency.
[005] Publication No. GB2328145 A is directed to a household multi¬purpose mixer/grinder comprising a bowl 1, a multi-purpose blade 10 mountable within the bowl on a rotatable spindle 6 and drive means capable of rotatingly driving the spindle. The multi-purpose blade comprises at least three blade arms which project outwards from a centre hub 11. A first grinding blade arm 13 co-operates with an inner grinding surface 7 of the bowl to grind material located within a grinding region bounded by the path swept out by the grinding blade arm and the inner grinding surface of the bowl. A second mixing blade arm 14 passes through said grinding region for displacing material from said grinding region. A third shredding blade 15,16 arm is spaced from said grinding region for shredding material. Preferably there are four blade arms arranged to project outwardly from the centre hub to form a crucifix, two diametrically opposed blade arms forming the grinding blade arm and the mixing blade arm, the other two diametrically opposed blade arms forming two shredding blade arms. [006] Publication No. CN200939383 Y makes a disclosure regarding utility model which relates to a multi-functional stone mill, which can smash grains, pulp soybeans and peanuts, etc. The multi-functional stone mill comprises an upper millstone which is provided with a run-through material feeding inlet; an arched variable-section concave cavity which is matched with the material feeding inlet arranged on the

lower surface of the material feeding inlet of the upper millstone; the upper millstone is rotated corresponding to the lower millstone; a circle of groove is arranged along the inner edge side of the upper surface of the lower millstone, and the material draining outlet which is connected with the groove is positioned on a side of the groove; the scattered blind milling channels, at a certain angle from the radial direction, distributed according a certain rule, not run through the edges, are opened around the blind holes of the lower surface of the upper millstone and the upper surface of the lower millstone. [007] Publication No. EP0614726 Bl makes a disclosure regarding a grinding device, in particular for working off concrete and natural stones, having a milling ring equipped with grinding elements, and recommends that the grinding elements (2) be rigidly fixed in the axial direction on the heads of screws (3) and that the screws (3) be screwed into the milling ring (1) in the axial direction and be accessible from the side of the grinding elements.
[008] The prior arts discussed hereinabove do not describe the grinder that performs both dry and wet grinding simultaneously by running both operations at similar RPM so as to have different throughput and output grain size for different spices.
[009] Hence, the present invention proposes detachable stone based grinder for simultaneous dry and wet grinding with ease of cleanability which can fulfil requirements of present invention for which the same has been devised by addressing prior issues.
