Development And Process For Antiviral And Antibacterial Activated Substrate Air Filter With Metallic Ion Impregnation

Abstract: The antibacterial and antiviral Activated Substrate Air-Filter and process for preparing metal ion impregnated substrate are one of the best air-purifying filters in today’s use which complements to the other kind of filters in air-conditioner/air-purifiers. A process for impregnation of antibacterial and antiviral treatment with the incorporation of metal ions over a supportive substrate of activated substrate which works as an excellent functional adsorbent material. The antibacterial and antiviral activated substrate filter has high porosity and larger surface area which adsorbs odor and all the harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and also kill microorganisms. All treated filters are anti-viral and has good adsorptive material. Fresh air passes through this filter and protect environment from germs, allergens, and VOCs
