Specification

DESCRIPTION
COMPLETE SPECIFICATION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner it is to be performed
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The product relates to the new development of Nonwoven felt sheet using waste fiber BACKGROUND OF THE ART:
□ To develop non woven fabric from waste fibers.
□ A non-woven fabric from a waste fibers can reduce usage of raw materials that used for making non-woven fabrics
□ The produced fabric is eco-friendly and user-friendly.
0 Major objective of the present research is to develop a nonwoven fabric made-up of recycled cotton fiber (RCF) and recycled polyester fiber (RPF) blend which gives a new approach of recycled fiber application.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the invention is to prepare the Nonwoven felt using waste fabric to . reduce the
pollutants in the environment and to reduce agro waste in the environment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
□ The nonwoven fabric from waste fibers is completely eco-friendly and does not cause any harm to the environment and reduces waste.
□ With help of these we can lay roads and river banks which have water absorbency strength which is useful for the environment.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION:
□ Purchasing the required materials both natural and chemical.
□ Checking whether the fibers are suitable for recycling, compressing, and eco friendly
□ Extracting the fibers and soaking into chemical (rhodium) and heating at 27 degrees Celsius for 24 hours
□ Converting into a shape required by the fabric.
□ Performing the required tests.
Methods to prepare:
□ Found the materials needed which is suitable for recycling by analysis of various articles and research papers.
0 Finalising the required materials.
O Converting into the product by compressing.
□ Essential concepts followed:
□ Selection of materials
□ Extraction 0 Converting
□ Testing
APPLICATIONS:
O Geo-Textiles: (Road construction, rail line Construction, River Bank Construction)
□ Mattress
□ Foam
□ Floor cover
□ Composite.
CLAIMS:
.□ The originality of our product mainly aims not to affect the environment and to preserve raw materials.
□ In order to get water absorbed in all areas equally and make use of the waste fibres into a useful thing.
