Abstract: Embodiments and experimental examples of the present invention relate to a device and method for estimating the impedance spectrum of a battery, and a system comprising same. The device for estimating the impedance spectrum of a battery estimates a battery impedance spectrum value in cell units by obtaining measurement values from an electrochemical impedance spectroscope (EIS) for measuring the impedance spectrum value of a battery assembly in pack or module units and a battery charging/discharging measurement device for measuring the particular parameter value due to charging or discharging by applying a pulse current to a battery assembly in pack or module units. Therefore, a highly efficient and low-cost device for estimating the impedance spectrum of a battery may be provided, the device enabling non-destructive measurement without disassembly of a battery into cell units, thereby facilitating reassembly and reducing cost.
