Device And Method For Treating Dust Of Compacting Machine
Abstract: Provided is a device for treating the dust of a compacting machine for recycling dust such as iron powder or fragments collected and treated in the process of manufacturing compacted iron and re treating dust thereby enabling the further enhancement of the stability of compacted iron and the manufacturing of high quality compacted iron the device for treating dust comprising: a first dust collecting part which is connected to a storage tank for storing direct reduced iron and which collects iron powder included in gas discharged from the storage tank; and a second dust collecting part which is connected to a compacting machine for manufacturing a briquette by compression molding the direct reduced iron supplied from the storage tank and which collects iron powder included in gas discharged in the process of manufacturing compacted iron wherein the first dust collecting part is connected with the second dust collecting part and transfers iron powder collected in the first dust collecting part to the second dust collecting part and the second dust collecting part is connected to the storage tank and supplies the collected recycled iron powder to the storage tank thereby forming a structure in which recycled iron powder having a relatively high degree of oxidization is mixed with the direct reduced iron in the storage tank.
